This is sort of ling, sorry bout that, just Venting! I would…read moregive it a 2 or 2-1/2. I searched for three weeks looking for a 2018 F150 and found a few, the one I purchase was one I had looked at several times. A little more that I wanted to pay and really didn't get them down in price a little till the end. The other few I pulled a Carfax on but not this one. I was told it was a local that owned it and traded it in, a 1 owner truck. So my mistake for not pulling up the info and believing the sales folks. After paying prior to picking the truck up a few days later I pulled the Carfax only to find the Truck was NOT local or even from Florida. When I picked the truck up and ws also give a CarCheck. Carfax had 4 owners the Auto Check said 2? I questioned it and was given a line of bull, they said it just was re-registered so add a owner but was the same person. Was not true, both reports had it at Auction once and Carfax had it actually sold 4 times and showed more detailed service than the AutoCheck! Last but not least It was to be detailed and was, but why not scub the bedliner down, has a cover so did not notice. So now I have a 2018 Truck and was told it was a Florida truck, so should have no rust correct. Crawled underneath only to find out ( From it Acutally Being a Northern Michigan Truck) rust all over. Now I am under the truck killing the rust with OSPHO and painting, something I was not planning on having to do at 74 yrs old! When I picked it up told the salesperson I never would had bought it if I had know I had been flat out lied to and it WAS NOT a local Florida truck. It's my mistake for not crawling around under it and investigating. Just a warning...Be Careful who you trust, they were friendly but lied! I should made them put it up on the lift so could have checked it, my mistake. I won't go back there, plenty of Ford dealers around.

I would suggest staying away from the Service Department…read more I purchased a low mileage vehicle with the Ford Blue Certified program. This program included a detailed certification checklist for approval which included a 90 day/4000 mile warranty. When I test drove the vehicle it was determined it needed new tires and a battery. Englewood Ford installed the tires when the vehicle was delivered but the battery took another week to come in. Once I got the vehicle home the battery would go dead very quickly, sometimes overnight. I was also notified by Englewood Ford that a software update needed to be install. I thought this strange because software updates were a requirement on the Ford Blue Certification checklist. It would appear they did not adhere to the checklist. Englewood Ford Service Manager, Mike and my service adviser, both told me my dead battery issue was because I did not drive the vehicle often enough. I informed both of them I could drive 2 to 5 hours, park the vehicle and the battery would be dead within 24 hours. Their response was put the vehicle on a battery tender/charger at night. I then asked them to provide the Ford Guidance for connecting a battery tender/charger to prevent a dead battery overnight.........they could not because there is no such guidance from Ford. On my last service appointment with Englewood Ford, for the battery issue, they tried to charge me over $200 for checking the battery they installed 3.5 months ago along with charging the battery. Again they claimed their battery check showed the battery was good. The actual Ford Service invoice terminology is "Battery Tested Good". This was used several times on my Englewood Ford receipts when I complained of a dead battery. After several service appointments for a dead battery, software update and a driveshaft replacement, I contacted Ford Customer Support. They informed me only the dealerships could help me so I decided to take my vehicle to another dealer. By now the Ford Blue Certified Warranty had expired, This time I took the vehicle to Jarrod Ford in Port Charlotte, FL and explained Englewood Ford had installed the battery 4 months earlier and I had returned to them several times about the battery going dead and them testing the battery "as good". Jerrod Ford tested the battery and, sure enough, it tested as BAD. I was informed by Jerrod Ford that it appeared the battery was paid for and installed by Englewood Ford. As such, they claimed, instead of the standard three year battery warranty, the installed battery was only covered by the 90 day/4000 mile Ford Blue Certified warranty. It appears Englewood Ford claimed the "Battery Tested Good" for my service appointments while my vehicle was covered by the Warranty so they did not replace the battery that would have been at their expense. It seems very strange after numerous complaints of a dead battery with Englewood Ford that one appointment with Jarrod Ford revealed the battery was in fact bad. I attempted to convey this fact to Englewood several times during my warranty period. Could you imagine Ford dealership telling a customer, who bought a vehicle from you, to put a new battery on a tender/charger to prevent a it from going dead overnight? It would appear Englewood Ford was stalling me until my warranty ran out so they would not be liable for the replacement battery. If you live in SW Florida, Englewood Ford would NOT be on my list for any repair or service for any vehicle even if has a warranty.

My friend's head light went out so we went to this store. Brandon was very attentive and helpful…read more We told him the made of the car and year and he found the light. However when we looked at the part ,the light that was put in the car previously was rigged and so the new light does not work. Brandon suggested we take the car back to the dealer but the dealership suggested she take it to the manufacturing company of that rigged light. Can't say enough about Brandon I rate him a ten in service and knowledge.
