Today my car wont start up, and AAA gave me a jump start, they also did a battery health check showing a week battery and it needs immediate replacement. So I went to the Advance Auto Parts store, Novi, MI, talked to Mike K, and they performed a battery health check and it also showed the battery indeed is week and needs to be replaced. I was greeted at the front door by Noel with a HANDSHAKE, a smile, and a warm welcome! He actually came outside and opened the door for me. I have never gone into any place of business and felt so welcomed and appreciated. Noel gave me a brief tour and told me what the best deals were for their grand opening. He was very friendly and helpful. When I had completed my shopping, Noel took it upon himself to take my order out to my vehicle and helped me load it into my car.
