I left and found the part, got 20% off the price and it was shipped to my home FOR FREE and I had it in about TWO DAYS. I called the store and spoke to the manager who gave some lackluster excuse for the reasoning in the above. My suggestion is to look on the website FIRST, and get it shipped to your home! The time from start to repaired and on the road was impressive. They communicated the details thoroughly through the repair process as well. I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.

Went there today between…read morenoon and 12:30 to purchase some cleaner for my dash, found what I wanted to purchase and stood in line behind the checkout counter with no one else in line.... stood there for a good few minutes observing the lack of regard for customers, when this place goes out of business it will be easy to see why, poor management of employees, two employees are doing inventory in the back chatting amongst each other, one employee is walking with a guest in the back of the store, and one employee was walking around outside on her cell phone. (Now that I see they also wrote on my paperwork that all 4 were inspected and only the front needed replacing.) 3 DAYS LATER THE OTHER TWO IN THE BACK NOW NEEDED REPLACING! I took my car elsewhere and was told that the back in usually the expensive part to replace. Nope I was charged $400 and have not needed to return. I'm not sure if I caught these guys on a bad day or what but they are not somewhere I would recommend taking your car. They even returned my car to me with the check engine light on.

Everyone else quoted $5000-$8000. The fix never broke. Walsh's will not waste anyone's time or money. If there is a way to fix a problem Rich will find a way . If he states it is not something he can do, believe him, he will not let anyone walk away without knowing exactly what you are looking at with your vehicle. Sad to read post on a person thinking it is about their color of skin. It is about the vehicles and the special treatment the vehicles will require from the owner when purchasing the vehicles - seriously -there are no fast fixes for Cadillacs and/or a Yukon. Sounds like the customer was looking for a way to get out from under the high cost of the dealership. Why would anyone say it is about his skin color.....sounds like the person is not thinking about the actual care of their vehicles. Plus God gives everyone their color of skin and that should carry a level of self respect.
