I am a 75 year old woman in an auto parts store , and I did not really expect to receive much attention or service. I was pleasantly surprised !!! They never left my side one moment . They worked diligently until my problem was solved. I purchased Bosch blades for my partner, motor oil, repair of old blades, and a couple of extra blades for my car. The following adjectives are just a few to describe Sal, Donnie and Jeremy: friendly, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, energetic, motivated, informative, eager, thorough, attentive, skilled, technical, engaging, well mannered, personable! Took the car home overnight and to my auto mechanic to check it out the next day. He put it on the lift. It was extremely rusted out underneath. Never saw so much rust. Would've been a nightmare if anything needed to be replaced or repaired under there. I took it back. Told the saleswoman. Someone knew this about the car because if they changed the oil and did their inspection like they said they did they would've seen the extent of the rust. Saleswoman wanted to show me another car. (She was very personable.) But now I don't trust them. And it looks like that car is still on the lot. Buyer beware and if you are looking at a used car there be SURE to have your mechanic check it out before you buy it. The warranty was 1,000 miles or 30 days, powertrain only, so I would've been up s***s creek and out all the money I have to buy a car.

Dolphin has done some extensive work on my older car over the years, some that was quite expensive…read moreand I've wondered about the quality of their work as the results seem less than spectacular. I don't know much about cars in general and tend to accept what a mechanic tels me. That said, I had some necessary work done by a mechanic at Dolphin automotive the week after hurricane Helene came through. All the other local auto mechanic shops were destroyed or out of service due to lack of electric and water service. I was charged $95 for diagnosis (? I already knew what was wrong with the car) plus $95 for a switch (??) and $95 for labor. My car ran just fine when I drove it into Dolphin's station that day. After the work was done, which by the way, did not involve the engine, the car started missing badly as soon as I drove out. Back at the mechanic, told me a part had been broken and I needed to replace the entire assembly. Denied having broken the part, which I find hard to believe. Why would my car run fine before they worked on it, to not run afterwards? As I stated before, Dolphin mechanics have worked on my car several times and have done an ok job, nothing outstanding. I now suspect they pad their invoices but can't prove anything, just like I can't prove the worker broke my part. However, after this last incident I will no longer patronize the shop and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

They flunked me , always have passed for 12 yrs. I've been here. Same window tint on all vehicles. After they flunk you, you have to scrape off tint, go back and pay .85 cents to pass. After causing you grief, you'd think they would cover the .85 cents, no way, it's about the money. Well been scrapping glue for awhile, I will have to pay someone to tint windows again. Boy this is one expensive inspection from k&s auto window police. One bad review does more than 100 good ones, BEWARE OF k&s auto. DAVID H.
