A tractor-trailer was unfortunately parked right near the outdoor air machine, so I went inside to find out where I should go. The indoor staff was very friendly, telling me exactly where to wait and assuring me someone would be right out to assist. I did have to wait a little while for someone to come out and help me. However, once the technician arrived, he was excellent--he knew the exact air pressure my vehicle required without even needing to check the door sticker. He got them checked and filled quickly, and I was back on my way in no time.

Additionally, rubber bushings, tire weights, and various other debris are all over the parking lot. The rubber won't cause damage, but those metal weights could. Third visit everything seemed fine. Got my car back with a vague conversation about the TPMS needing to resync after driving. Left despite a nagging feeling and the TPMS error didn't go away. The real problem though? An unrelated tire was down to 10 psi! This would have left me stranded if I didn't have a pump with me! Edit: after my 4th trip back to the store my TPMS system is not working! Avoid this location at all costs!

I'm mystified by the good reviews, I can't even get anyone to tell me what's wrong with the car and look at it after leaving it for weeks at times, are they interested in doing inspections and oil changes only and only look at cars when there's nothing for the day, and their policy is to tell customers they don't know when they leave and be able to look at it, that it might be next week. On average, the last three times I've brought a vehicle here, I've had to call three times a remind them for them to even look at it, and they have moved towards never being able to give any kind of expected time I'm assuming they're still taking new vehicle's during that time and just forgetting about my vehicle or prioritizing people, they know or something? It's anyone's guess when there's no communication. So two thoughts 1. Someone in charge is overwhelmed Adhd person and is not processing cars in the order they come in while customers are being forgotten and not communicated with. 2. Whoever is in charge doesn't have the business assertion skills to refuse business.
