He is an outstanding gentleman and if any curious customer is reading this; despite the mixed experience I had at Sun Toyota, I think he'd be the most likely to take care of anyone at this dealership after talking with a large handful of people over many months. I found a car yesterday but I was confident Lee would have found me something had I had more time to decide, as I'd only recently been put into contact with him. He easily deserves 5 stars and if anyone is desiring a 5 star experience with a rep who doesn't include unnecessary warranties and will try to work with your budget at this major dealership, he is your rep. I dont need to be told about other issues i already know about. I didnt ask for a diagnosis. If I wanted a diagnosis I would go to a real shop not a parts store. Just give me my new part under warranty and be done with it. I have never had problems with exchanging parts before.
