The worst experience buying a car. The salesman lost the car, then told us it wasn't for sale, and…read morethen got mad when we asked if it would be cleaned up before purchasing. The car ended up having a problems so we took it back to them. After 6 months, 3 of which they had our car sitting on their lot, they finally fixed it. We had 3 different problems and had to take it back multiple times because it wasn't done correctly. The service manager kept saying he would keep us updated on the car. He never called, we had to track him down after each deadline for the car to be fixed had passed to get an update. Overall a terrible experience from people who don't care about customer service.

I am extremely pleased with my entire experience. My dad always purchases his vehicles from Eric. When it came time for ME to buy a new car, however, I wanted a Malibu. Eric was amazing at putting me in the perfect car. Over the years, the entire Milnes group has always done right by my family - so we keep coming back. I appreciated how easy they made everything. Even though I have way less than perfect credit, they made the financing easy. I was offered a rate that was a fraction of what other dealerships found for me. I wasn't pushed to spend more than I could afford and I absolutely love my new Malibu! Thank you, Eric, and the entire team at the Milnes dealerships!

I was on a long car trip from Arizona & stopped by for an oil change. They did not have my oil…read morefilter size for my hybrid, but I asked them if they could look at the plastic panel under my radiator that had fallen down & was scraping the road when I hit a bump. They reattached it with a screw & would not take any money for the repair. They even gave us two bottles of water for the road and were very friendly. Great customer service like this is hard to find. The name on the sign is Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change & Lube.
