Got into a small accident and my insurance company recommended them for the repairs. Got all the…read morework done. my hood was off center and I'm still waiting for over 6 months and counting for a front lip for my car. I have reached out multiple times and contacted my insurance company. Last thing I heard was they are mailing my front lip to me and it should be there in a week. That was 3 months ago. Do not recommend this shop to anyone they obviously don't care about there customers. I've been really calm and reasonable. When I get my part I will delete this review.

I heard of Avery's from local partnerships around town-- so I finally bit the bullet and called to bring my car in for repairs... I don't remember 100% but I think we were quoted around 1600 for repairs? Anyhow, after my car was completed, the total was a lot less than what was quoted over the phone. I was extremely impressed, not to mention, my car no longer sounded like it was shooting bullets everytime I stepped on the gas pedal I would truly recommend Avery's! They're super nice and the quality of work is amazing! I just recently took my truck in for new brakes also, again, I'm truly satisfied with the work! Thank you Avery's!

I went in to retrieve items from my car that was on the hoist and was treated like the biggest nuisance. The woman who rudely greeted me upon entering rolled her eyes and threw her head back when I told her what I needed. I verbalized how I felt saying that I'm a paying customer and I don't know why I'm being given attitude for asking questions. That triggered the woman and she proceeded to yell and scream at me and wave her finger in my face. She yelled so loud the mechanic came running over to diffuse the situation. I told him about the items I needed and he went to retrieve them. I then spoke to the woman again asking why when I asked about being treated badly I was treated even worse. This ensued another explosion and I was eventually kicked out of the building for simply asking to be treated kindly. I waited outside for my items and she practically threw them at me and made a point to stop and stare at me with intense hatred in her eyes. They also charged me $60 more than what was agreed upon without updating me prior to completing the service. Worst customer experience of my life.
