I'm not feeling that lazy ass manger there. Every time I have purchased from this location, the associates are very helpful. I was in no rush today, so I waited patiently for the associate to help other customers and told him I understood that there was only 2 workers, the employee and manager. Guess that lazy torto manager felt overwhelmed with his few customers because the employee had to step outside for a second time to check my mothers diagnostics on her vehicle because he stepped out to check why my engine light was out on my vehicle . When the employee told him he's stepping away to help us again, he said some bs in Spanish to him when he clearly speaks and understands clear ENGLISH!! You were very rude for that towards myself and that poor employee. I hope you see this review because, if you're not happy, you should go find yourself a new job. You're too comfortable and a fat coward to say whatever in English about your little issue to the employee. Whatever you said to him in Spanish bothered him because he was generous to help us and looked like you could handle the other customers on your own but you mad because your just fat and plain lazy and only there to collect a paycheck. You been there too long and I've seen your unhappy a** there all of the time. Let the employees do there job. It's always a new face when I have purchased there in the past and I've never had a issue with the service. The customer service was good. Very long line and only 2 people working. You had to get in line to ask a question for a part and then get back in line to purchase the item. They definitely need to have more workers in this location because it was busy. Other than that, the store was clean, they didn't have the part I needed in stock and prices were ok. She then made sure I found what I wanted and asked for my Customer #, when she began to ring up my sale she noticed I could get a discount if I bought slightly more product so I did . I first went to the AutoZone on imperial and Crenshaw and told him about my battery situation he looked up everything and recommended that I go to the AutoZone on Crenshaw and century because that's where I got the battery from and also I should go there to Crenshaw and century AutoZone to get my battery tested. The clerk at the register told me that I would test the battery for you but it's kind of raining wish it was only drizzling so I left. I went to the AutoZone on Crenshaw and century and the manager came outside in the rain with the battery tester me being the kind gentleman that I am I went and got my umbrella and sheltered her from the rain as she tested my battery I then told her I'm a need my car to be jumped because it won't start without assistance so she went back inside after she tested my battery and brought out the jump starter which it was almost dead and gave me a jump I told her she has been a big help and I would most definitely shout her out on yelp. I forgot her name but she is a African-American woman like scanned and she was extremely helpful and nice kind and courteous and I recommend everyone going to this location. read more
