This place scams you especially if you're a woman! I went into this place because they seemed reasonable but six months after get a piece "supposedly fixed" my car made an explosive noise and shut off and never worked again. Mind you , nothing excessive was wrong with my car prior to this and ran like a champ but after 6months and paying almost $700 was very upsetting and feel scammed! My recommendation is to take it elsewhere unless you feel the need to pay double, meaning you're going to pay for them to fix it for a cool minute and then take it right back or pay again elsewhere. read more

Took my car in for a coolant leak they ordered a hose that Emad told me he couldn't replace because they "didn't have the tool" I took the hose and car to a real mechanic who told me the hose Emad ordered wasn't needed because it wasn't even leaking. Days after picking my car up from Emad I get a call from him saying he has my engine cover so not only did he waste 2 days of my time and set me back $100 for an unnecessary hose, he also didn't put my car back together properly and I then had to return wasting more of my time and gas to pick up something he should have placed back on the car before I picked it up. This place is terrible and customer service is non existent, save yourself time and go elsewhere. read more

Last week I visited this shop which advertised they did body and paint. I wanted some dents and touchup done. The gentleman who I spoke began discussing how expensive it was going to be and that I should try to get my car detailed. Clearly he wasn't interested and never once brought out a pad to give me an estimate. I was very offended by his attitude when he could have just told me they didn't do small jobs. I heard good things about the guy who does the smog checks, but the guy who I spoke to was, like I said, very offensive. If I was a man, I do not think he would have been as rude as he was. He did me a favor though because afterward I went to more reputable body shop down the street who is going to take care of my needs. read more

I had doubts about having body work done here, but it came recommended so I gave it a try. My new Volvo damaged in a small mishap but I worried that it would get done so that the repair wasn't obvious. Emad and his crew did a great job! Cannot tell it was repaired. I was referred to him after a so called mobile mechanic left us sitting at home for an entire weekend of repeated calls and false promises that he was "on his way." After hearing my plight a neighbor recommended Emad. He offers 5 miles of free towing with repairs, showed us the parts he replaced post repair without us even having to ask and the price was definitely fair. I took my Toyota Sequoia in Saturday morning for front brake pads and rotors. The owner was very nice, honest, and professional. He quoted me a price for the service and gave me a time frame for the completion of the service. The brake work was completed promptly and the price was reasonable...half the cost of the Toyota dealership. I will definitely be returning for any work that's needed on my vehicle, and I will highly recommend this auto center to my family and friends. Ladies beware! Neighbor gave me business card that states free tow within 5 miles with repair. When I called, Emaad said he hadn't towed in two years and that the card was very old and that he could give me a referral about $55-$50 to tow 2 miles. I asked Emaad for an estimate on a starter and he quoted one price. I went the next day to get the estimate in writing and an employee named Nick said they don't give estimates in writing. I pointed to the Consumer Notice on the wall and it clearly states I am supposed to get a written estimate. Nick wrote an estimate that stated 'check front brakes' I told him the estimate should be for the starter and brakes. Further annoyed with me he said they don't give written estimates and that it was optional. Every auto shop is different. Baloney! The law is the law. Anyway, I paid for towing my car there based on the estimate over the phone from Emaad who owns the shop. That afternoon the estimate changed! Also the cards on his counter still say free tow within five miles with repair. I reported this business to BBB and the Consumer hot line. This is why I hate mechanics. read more
