Ashley heard of my situation and arranged for another employee to drive to the warehouse to pick up my replacement tires. A potential two day repair nightmare was resolved in a few hours. The work was scheduled for 2 days later and was completed within 5 hours. The work was impeccable. The bedliner does a great job protecting the aluminum bed and its texture is rough but not uncomfortable to crawl on. The hard rollup cover is a game changer for how I can use the truck. Amy, the person at the front desk spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions about the pros and cons of the different styles of bed covers they sell and install. I was lucky that she was also able to take me out to their lot to show me the covers on actual trucks. No more worries about theft of my tools or belongings, great protection from rain and snow. I've had trucks for 40 years and this is the first cover I've put on because they always seemed so expensive. After having the cover for a week I realized how wrong that thought was. I called to cancel a porter-pot delivery over 48…read morehours from the event & they would not give me my money back when I had to cancel due to plans changing due to weather. was told cancellation policy is 24 hours before delivery and I was under the impression it would be delivered a day before the event because that is what they said but when I tried to cancel on Friday (2 days before event on Sunday) they said i would have had to cancel Thursday because they don't deliver weekends. Well when I told them event was Sunday when I booked. you would think the lady would have clarified things and not still said it will be delivered 1 day before event because to me, that meant Saturday! So much miscommunication & lack of communication on their end and then they weren't even willing to give me half a refund when it was never even delivered- again I called 2 days before the event. They do not care about their customers only money.
