I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle when I stumbled across their site after having had a less than stellar experience at Lakeland Volkswagen. Unlike Lakeland VW who refused to allow an independent mechanic look over a car--even when it was going to be an on site inspection at their dealership--I found a gently used '14 Toyota Corolla LE with very low mileage and competitively priced posted on Jenkins' site. I called and asked if there would be a problem if I had an independent mechanic perform an on site inspection. Unlike Lakeland VW the salesman, Gary Johnson, was happy to allow for the inspection, stating that they encourage customers to do this so they can confirm what their mechanics have already claimed: that they sell mechanically sound vehicles. We came in the next day and were met by Gary who put zero pressure on me from the moment I stepped onto their lot right up to when I drove away in my new car. After an inspection and test drive my quite impressed mechanic gave his seal of approval. The difficulties that arose were not on Jenkins Lincoln's end, rather, it was on my financing company's who made it pretty difficult for me to drive off the lot with the car. Even though I wasn't able to drive away that day with my new car due to these difficulties the manager, George Lemister offered to set aside the vehicle--without requiring a deposit--until the next day that my bank reopened (did I mention it was Labor Day weekend and that my bank wouldn't reopen until Tuesday?). I came back Tuesday morning and true to their word my car was still on the lot and even though my bank placed every hurdle they could think of in front of me, Gary and George worked with me until I was able to drive away in my new car. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car from Jenkins Lincoln in the future. Thank you, guys, for all your assistance!

The only reason I gave them a 3 stars is because they left the trash of the speaker box and amp box in my car for me to dispose of!!
