I was there for routine maintenance and it took 4 HOURS. And that was with me pestering them several times during the time. They told me 1.5 hours max. Same thing happened last time I went. Although they did eventually send me the video inspection. 3) My extended warranty/Maintenance + was expiring in a few weeks, so I asked if they could give me the cost of continuing it. I had to chase them down for that too. I had questions about something they said was included, that clearly wasn't on the service website. They basically said, trust us, it's included with zero follow up. I guess they like losing additional service business. I chose not to extend or renew. Pros: 1) They do have wifi and a nice sitting area with drinks, coffee and snacks 2) There is also TV to watch in the waiting area and clean bathrooms Honestly, if they weren't the closest dealer, I would find another one. The lack of customer care is astounding.

Topper King charge me about $10 more than DIY, for them to order and install. It has now been a week since installation and I couldn't be happier. They did a good job and I'm very satisfied. They were also very nice. (I should have ordered my seat covers through them, just for their installation service. Those covers fit nicely, which means the installation was HARD!)
