I've been there twice so far and it's always such a mediocre experience. I go for my regular service visits. Cons: 1) I get passed through multiple service people while I'm there, because the one I start with never seems to be around after they get me started 2) I have to keep checking in with them on the status of my car, they never proactively follow up. I was there for routine maintenance and it took 4 HOURS. And that was with me pestering them several times during the time. They told me 1.5 hours max. Same thing happened last time I went. Although they did eventually send me the video inspection. 3) My extended warranty/Maintenance + was expiring in a few weeks, so I asked if they could give me the cost of continuing it. I had to chase them down for that too. I had questions about something they said was included, that clearly wasn't on the service website. They basically said, trust us, it's included with zero follow up. I guess they like losing additional service business. I chose not to extend or renew. Pros: 1) They do have wifi and a nice sitting area with drinks, coffee and snacks 2) There is also TV to watch in the waiting area and clean bathrooms Honestly, if they weren't the closest dealer, I would find another one. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my life. It all started when I was told the car would be ready Thursday which turned to Friday which turned to Saturday. I showed Saturday and was told the car is just about ready in the back. After purchasing, I'm told the car's not ready with promised items and I will need to come back (almost an hour and a half away, one way). I'm told by my sales person they will fill the gas upon return (for the inconvenience) which was the first lie, they actually used the gas up when they had it back. I'm then handed a usb file which supposedly had my paperwork on it but the usb was corrupted and only blinking red. Victor promised my paperwork for days and I had to call multiple times and get passed around multiple times and also have my family help call to get the paperwork the next week. The car started to burn and steam terribly within two hours after leaving the dealership. I burnt my hand trying to open the hood. I am concerned at this point and no one seems concerned that my father just passed and I needed the car to get home to another state for arrangements. They didn't even offer a lender car. A family member had to start the journey down 20 hours one way to come pick me up which was another 400 dollars in expenses. They take the car and leave me with nothing for the week. I can't even get to the grocery store and have to hire ubers or get deliveries, incurring extra expenses. I'm now lied to by Victor at the dealership who tries to bluff me and tells me that if I am not happy that he will give me my trade in back and rip the paperwork up. I guess he was not expecting me to say yes because then that offer was not honored after lying about it. Victors boss Joe Neighbors informed me that Victor should not be making buy back promises and is going to call me back in 30 minutes, He never bothered to call at all. Everyone seemed more concerned that I was offered to have the paperwork ripped up and wanted to address that while leaving me hanging. I'm next told that the car is burning because it seems that pretty much the detailer has not placed a small amount of detailer on the rag to wipe the car up and has basically dumped what looks like a 5 gallon bucket of detailer straight onto the motor and every other part of the car under the hood. The vehicle was drenched and burning. It was as if someone power washed the vehicle with detailer. I'm now lied to by the service department that they will detail the car a second time and get rid of this mess. They never did. There was so much detailer dumped in the car that it was oozing out the front grill of the car and made what looked like oil spills on the ground. We are still cleaning it up to this day and ruining outfits with oily hands just trying to check fluids. Someone named Casey Newton sends me an email on how he can help. I soon find out this is the store manager so I wrote to him what was going on to never to hear back again, just ignored. This place does not even care that they don't return calls, lie to your face about everything and try to act as if they care. It obviously starts with the store manager and down. read more

If Gap is important to you. Avoid this dealership. Took 5 months of constant email communication, better business bureau cases, and calling into the dealership to even obtain the correct form to finish my gap process. All that was needed was a Road Hazard Warranty Cancelation form. Every finance manager avoids existing customers like the plague. They refuse to email back, accept calls or do anything to help someone in need. They'll tell you they're busy with a customer and can call you back. After being promised 7 call backs from Finance managers like Carlos and others, I received a total of 0. You know its bad when all the departments in the dealership complain about how bad the finance managers treat everyone there. From Service to salesman to front desk, each employee had nothing nice to say in regards to the finance managers. Imagine running a business that can't get along to help each other out. Let alone the customer. Now you'll know what to expect when going! To Jack (Front Desk) and Abigail J, Thank you for being the only ones who seemed to genuinely care and help out. I've been getting service at MINI for quite some time now... even when I switched to a different brand of vehicle service has been impeccable each time I have gone there. This time I'd beat my parts to the location when my parts have been ordered a few days prior so I was disappointed in my wait was then extended.... And there was no water at the location but I was off for Gatorade so that was cool they tried. I know everyone's having difficulty getting parts nowadays though so I can't hold that against them...I was shocked at the inventory because they're now BMW not just MINI of Wesley Chapel... so expansion is good. I can't wait to see the finished product. I gave four stars because of the wait... but other than that I would definitely recommend Mini Of Wesley Chapel. ( it's what I still call it ) I know stack is bad for all facets of business right now and hopefully things will get better all over the world. In a recent yet unfortunate incident, someone hit my passenger side mirror causing the Mirror to forcefully rotate in and the glass to fall out. I came to this dealership to replace the glass and to be sure nothing else was broken with the housing for the mirror. The glass was $185, which I thought steep but I went with it because I wanted to be sure the part was from Mini and I got exactly what I needed. They didn't have the part in stock so they mailed it to my house within two days. I followed the instructions that they gave me and pop the mirror back in and tested it several times to make sure that it was good. All was well for about two months. One day I was driving along the road and noticed the mirror had fallen off. I was very adverse to paying another 185 for a replacement so I went to a salvage yard to see if I could find the part that I needed there. He sold me the mirror housing in the glass and told me that I needed to replace all of it. Long story short I ended up taking that replacement part from the salvage yard to this Mini dealership where they showed me that the part does not fit. After explaining my story to the Parts Manager, Adam and the Service Advisor Gerry they were able to warranty the lost/broken mirror and replace it for me. I also had a nice long chat with Sales guy named Jack Hammer (real name!) while I was waiting. It may be that it was a Wednesday and it wasn't extremely busy when I came but everyone has been so helpful here. This is the type of experience that keeps a customer happy and ready to buy again. ZERO STARS I had my daughter's car towed in to the dealership, we are new to Tampa so don't have an established network of service providers. I was given an estimate for nearly $2,000 to repair the specific problem. THEN they gave me a list of other items that "needed" to be addressed, including the breaks. Not only are the breaks only 5 months old, I had had the tires rotated 2 days prior and nobody had mentioned the breaks. When I called the garage that had rotated the tires, they confirmed the breaks are fine. I had the car towed to a small mechanic a friend recommended and not only did the car NOT need breaks, it did NOT need what the $2000 estimate was for either. All in, I was out the door for less that $200. Do NOT use them, they are crooks. read more

I was afraid I was not going to be able to get this looked at if I waited too long therefore I contacted Wesley Chapel Mini to discuss my situation. I spoke with Jordan who was kind enough to provide me with an appointment and even reserved a loaner car for me. Unfortunately due to work reasons I couldn't make the original appointment but then once I got off work I decided to just drive in hoping they would be able to help me. My husband and I have driven mini's for about 10 years. We have worked with both the mini dealers in the area and by far Wesley Chapel is the easiest to work with. We have always had sales personnel and servicemen who were courteous and kind and worked with the utmost integrity. We currently have two mini's: a coupe and a standard mini (circa 2013) and they are amazing vehicles because of the service at Wesley Chapel. Bought a high end used car at this dealership. I'm from another state and my concern was how difficult it is to get title and tags from my state when buying out of state. I wanted to handle it directly. Four people from that dealership assured me that "they handle that kind of thing routinely". They even shoed me a text from another customer that needed multiple temp tags. When my first tag expired, they were right on it and sent a new one. That one has expired and now I need another. They are now ghosting me and my car high end car sits in the garage with no valid tag and no idea when I'll get the state issued ones because the dealer did it. Long story to say that this dealership will tell you anything to get the sale. DON'T believe anything they say because they just want the sale. This mini car dealership in Wesley Chapel is like impossible to enter. I ended up driving by it three times on State Road 56th and there's no entrance from the front to enter the building. I finally round around and came up a side road and I don't know I got in the back in found my way into the dealership. I don't know all their dealerships are like this but I tend to want to believe that they are. It's kind of a futuristic concept coupled with a laid back attitude makes for a nice shopping experience. There was a bull dog walking around the showroom which was really a cool touch. There was a car stuffed with Bulldogs that I guess if you guess the right amount of Bulldogs in there you won the car. The salesman could wear jeans sneakers whatever their normal attire was I imagine. The dealership was decorated with Holly decorations for the upcoming holiday. Mini cooper also has a feature where you can go online and build your own car at 8 exactly what you want and none of the things that you don't want so you're paying for exactly the car that you desire. I don't know if this is a completely new concept but it certainly is to me. I like the thought of being able to pick and choose my colors and the features I want in the vehicle I'm going to be driving. What's a girl to do? Go online and create your own vehicle! read more

Yes I am a blonde, but no, I am not stupid and can do Math. Asked for my keys back and left. Of course they blustered and called me. Bye bye. There are thousands of used cars where people don't insult your intelligence when buying. Horrible experience. Will never do business with them again. Women do know how to buy cars and woman can do math. Reading the reviews, I don't think I am the only woman who has been treated this way by Mike and Aaron. Wow, what a great service department! Courteous check-in and Speedy service. Caesar the super friendly porter gave me a ride to the local shopping mall to kill some time while the car was being serviced. When he brought me back, not only had they done the mandatory services, they had gone above and beyond; vacuumed and washed the car, replaced a recall part, and since I had complained about some oil leaking on the fender flares, they replaced both fender flares for free! So, I quickly read reviews on Fidelity and decided against warranty purchase - omg, the Fidelity rep got so pissed, he goes and starts commenting about my mother (can't make this stuff up). Mini never called to apologize, has not replied to my inquiries, other review, and has lost their pretense of civility. Btw: the Carfax upon which I relied does not match the condition of the car... I received two demands for additional payment after buying our Mini at the end of its lease - even though Wesley Chapel Mini gave me a receipt for the purchase. The check had cleared. Mini claimed the dealer had purchased the car off lease and so I owed disposal fees (waived if you buy the car). Why is the car business so shabby? I buy the car and apparently need to prove to Mini that I have bought it. After I sent a copy of the receipt, Mini did not apologize. And, despite contacting them on their website, Wesley Chapel did not reply (I requested email contact). It's as if they didn't just ask one of their customers to prove he'd bought the car! read more

I brought my car in this morning for an oil change and new wiper blades and was warmly greeted by Jorge . He quoted an hour and a half to complete the services my mini needed . The showroom and waiting area was spotless and provided nice refreshment options. The manager came by and we have a nice conversation . The entire experience from start to finish was Perfect... they washed my car and waved goodbye when I departed ! I bought my car at this very dealership 7 years ago and would highly recommend it ... plus my car is " better than new " and runs like a charm. read more

I love my 2010 MINI Cooper S, unfortunately it's in the dealership for warranty issues a lot! But with that being said the guys in service do take care of me. The older guy who is the porter is such a pleasure! He is always so friendly and helpful.. What an absolute disaster this MINI has been! Nothing but issues, last time it was in for service for like 30 days!!! Their new service manager is a real creep and I have zero confidence in their techs. Don't buy a MINI! They wasted a lot of my time, tried every high pressure sales tactic in the book, lied about the "Kelly Blue Book" prices, lied to my face about almost every detail of the car, hid broken parts of the car from me, then offered to repair it for an ungodly inflated price. To add insult to injury, they were rude, unprofessional, had a care less attitude, and as far as I am concerned they can go F themselves.
