Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.

I was getting gas up the road and my car almost didn't…read morestart - knowing it was the battery, I called over here to this Advance Auto and spoke to a gentleman named Tom who looked up the battery options they had for my vehicle, all of which they had in stock, and I headed over immediately to get it. When I got there, he remembered speaking to me and went right for the battery we discussed, then even installed it in my car for me. Tom was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative - I'm thankful he was there to help me out and made the entire experience feel hassle free, alleviating much of the inevitable stress that's evoked by needing to replace a car battery on a whim! The staff here were friendly enough and while I was mot here long, this particular O'Reilly Auto Parts had what I needed and the price was in line with other auto parts stores. The store was bright and well-organized and well laid out. If you are in search of an auto parts store and are in the area, this particular O'Reilly Auto Oarts is a good place to head towards.

I called…read morelooking for a part and instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, he sounded irritated and dismissive the entire conversation. His attitude made it feel like I was bothering him just for asking a simple question. Customer service should make customers feel respected and valued, not rushed off the phone with attitude. After this experience, I honestly don't feel comfortable shopping here anymore.

They acted like I wasn't even then when I walked in. Someone walked in a minute after I was standing at the counter, called out to a guy in the back in Spanish, and the employee started helping him right away. Let me sit and wait for them to get done to even acknowledge the fact that I was there. To top it off, claimed they couldn't help me and sent me away, only to find out later from another store that they absolutely could have helped me. Called the District Manager to voice my concerns, and he pushed it off to someone else to return my call. There isn't a single aspect of my experience that could not and should not have been handled better.
