This review is regarding the female employee who was working on a Sun morning. I needed assistance with my car and did not know what was wrong with it. I was already nervous and anxious as I was in an unfamiliar neighborhood. I kindly asked her if someone may take a look at the car for me (on 3 occasions), but she refused every single time even though there were times, there weren't many customers (and she did not offer to see if a coworker may help me instead). When buying supplies, I wasn't sure which ones to buy and instead of having the heart to spare the smallest guidance, she was essentially telling me "you need to figure it out yourself. If you don't know, then oh well." She lacked empathy and was not helpful at all. read more

I came here for a quick battery change. I believe the guy who helped me was named Giovani. Super friendly all the way from helping me at the register to the actual battery replacement. They sold me a Duralast battery without me even asking, which is a solid brand. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I'd say it's more efficient than taking your car to the dealer. Usually chain businesses like these get bad yelp reviews, but this location is doing something right! I'll be returning for future battery changes. read more

My car sucks and is constantly breaking down. So when my battery died after a light was left on when I was on vacation for a week. Turns out that I needed to get a new battery. Sean gave me shit for asking for a military discount since he was in the army and my bf and sister are in the marines. It all ended up working out in the end though. Johnny was great and helped me install my battery. While he was taking it out he screamed because it turned out a possum was hiding in my engine!!!! We didn't really know what to do so I was getting ready to call animal control when some people in the parking lot offered to get it out. After a lot of screaming and the whole parking lot crowded around my car someone was able to chase the possum out of my car with a broom. My battery was finally replaced and I was able to go home with no possums and a nice warranty on my new battery. read more

I was having a hell of a Saturday trying to replace my spark plugs and direct ignition on my Saab 9-5. I barely drove to a mechanic because my Saab kept dying. I finally made it to Autozone where Josh helped me diagnose the issues causing the engine to die. the most important being the gap in my spark plugs. He systematically told me how to do everything and provided me parts to do the job. Some he loaned and some I purchased. Your one stop shop for your automobile needs! I say this because of the amazingly convenient experience me and Sara A. had at this location while buying some break and front lights for her car. The lady at the front counter was not only friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but she also recommended a mechanic for us! From the store's front window she motioned our new friend Juan to come over and help us. He usually hangs out in the shopping center and does odd fix-it jobs. For only $10 Juan the mechanic changed the car's front and back lights. We were so pleased that we gave him $15 though! He even gave us a card afterwards, and me and Sara left pleased at how easily we tackled that problem. read more

This has to be the worst auto zone zone ever !! I ordered a small part since Sunday I was told to come back Tuesday . Went back on Tuesday and was told the part wasn't sent for us to come back on Thursday. Fine we go back on Thursday and the part has been delivered but now they have lost the part and can't find it , so they say to come back or they will call us back to see if they can find it . I wait call back and now they say we have to go back so they can refund and then pay again to reorder the part . Who has time for all of this ? If they already received payment why go back and forth and just order the part with out having to go back ! The lack of courtesy and professionalism is ridiculous on the managers part . I literally walked in with an item I wanted to return WITH MY RECEIPT IN MY HAND & I was in line, I walked away from the busy line to look if maybe I wanted exchange the product instead of returning it but I decided I didn't. So after waiting in line for about 10 minutes CARLOS C. Tells me he cant help me cause the device is out of order. Then i asked him if he could help me jump my car because it wont start. And he simply replied what can i do?? So as I was leaving I asked him when will it be fixed? He replied "later today". Worst customer service ever.
