My sister and I have come to this location about 3x now. Chains like JL have a brand reputation for being run by teenagers with no experience but with this location, that has never been the case. I bring in my own oil and oil filter and get charged for labor. No judgment from staff, no issues. It can get extremely busy on the weekends, so I wouldn't suggest coming around then. We both stopped by around 5pm on a weekday and were in and out in under 30-40 minutes. They showed us our air filters and asked if we wanted to replace them. We both hadn't done it in years so figured it was time to change them. Compared to the other JL I've gone to, this one seems to have more experienced individuals working here. read more

Service today was ABSOLUTELY horrible! Mario is Rude!! I called Jiffy lube before I came in and was told yes we can look at your transmission and drive it to see if there's any noise. I arrived and was completely ignored to the point of having to get out just to get acknowledged. One of the technicians finally said Mario will be with you. He came in didn't say anything just pointed at me. He then said oil change? No hello how may I help you NOTHING. Then I said I haven't even been helped then he said what's up? I then told him I need my transmission to be looked at and he said we don't fix transmissions, I said no I'm not expecting you to fix it I need a diagnostic to see if it's okay? He then told me pull up to the middle lane. I go back outside and pull up to the middle lane. Ten minutes later he comes out and says, "Oil change?" I said I just spoke to you about the transmission. He said oh yeah you need the transmission fluid. I corrected HIM and said No, I just spoke to you about looking at the transmission in which he said, "Oh we don't do that" I was so frustrated at the rudeness and complete oblivion this guy showed. I didn't ask for a repair. I even called ahead of time to make sure they could do a diagnostic of my transmission. I've been to jiffy lube several times and besides the oil change they have always given me a list of EVERYTHING ELSE wrong with the car. I will not come back to Jiffy lube ever. I have an Interstate Battery that had a problem and Jiffy Lube was listed as a distributor for them so I called this location and spoke to the nice girl in the photo and then to Mario who got in touch with his manager to confirm that they could help me with replacing the battery and that I could come right over and they will take care of replacing it for me. Before calling them I had made several calls to other auto repair shops and they all gave me the runaround and didn't know how to handle the warranty part so when I found out from Mario that they were able to help me I was really happy. He knew exactly what to do and got the paperwork handled for the replacement and then Jose installed the new battery right away. They were very nice, very efficient and helpful. There is nothing jiffy about this place. Sat in the car for nearly 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged after pulling behind an empty bay. Was about to drive through and leave, but they BACKED a car into the bay while I was waiting for someone to come over and I got boxed in between that and the rest of the waiting cars. Ended up missing a lunch with friends waiting for a simple oil change. I get being busy but the lack of even an acknowledgement, let alone an estimated time of service made this actually the worst oil change experience I've had in 35 years of car ownership, no joke. The bilingual, street preachers on the corner made whole thing even more painful. Not only were they shouting through a mic - they have pre-recorded sermons with translations and occasional musical interlude. It's great to hear their nonsense twice. It was fun hearing the sports score mobile alerts notifications over their speaker though. I wonder how many people convert between red lights. Overall more than an hour spent here. I'll just drive farther and spend less next time. Not exactly how I wanted to spend a Sunday. read more

Seriously best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. I went in for an oil change after work and frankly expected a grumpy staff, as I am grumpy at 4:00/5:00pm after a long work day. But everyone was so helpful and sweet. They really seemed to be a great working team and had a really good energy about them all. Beverly was specifically helpful and attentive, I was very grateful for the assistance. I didn't catch anyone else's names but truly the whole staff was nice, helpful and energetic. And the icing on the cake, a taco truck sets up shop right across the street so you can enjoy some food or drink while you wait for your vehicle! Had repairs done and she called a car for me to get me to where I needed to go instead of waiting in the lounge because it would take a take a few hours to get the repair done. She made an inspection first to make sure the repair was needed. She also took the time to find out how much the cost would be and how long it would take to finish the repair. She called when the repair was finished. One of the guys moved my car around so I could easily pull out from the driveway. From start to finish I received excellent service. read more

This attached receipt shows that yesterday I came in for an oil change and walked out with a bill for $492.32 as per all the recommendations Beverly at this location said I needed. (I cut out my personal info up top). The only thing I didn't do was the changing of 6 sparks plugs bc she said I have a month to do them but she wrote $289.99 (before the $30 discount, which is also written on there) for my quote right on my receipt which she titled "Pending: Spark Plugs". I came back THE NEXT DAY, which is today and Beverly's written quote was the first lie. Even though it says my VIN and obviously my car including the easy to spot description my VIN pulled up which is 3.5L 6 Cylinder, Beverly claims she wrote the quote not knowing my SUV was a V6 and not a V4. I told her it says on the top of my paper, I mean, I don't even work for cars for a living like her, but it's really obvious on the top. Now the quote has changed to $600 per the guy in the back who elected to not speak English while I was there. His name is the engineer tech Julio I. and tbh he acts shady. But to get my price down, I had to go to AutoZone on my own next-door and buy the spark plugs myself and then bring it back to still be charged above my quote of a $350 estimate to put the spark plugs in. After spending approx $75 on top of it out of pocket for the spark plugs at Auto Zone next door. I was told by the asst when I drove up @ 11:30 am it was 25 minutes for them to finish the car in front of me and then 45 minutes to complete my spark plugs. Instead, my car was there from 11:30 AM to 4:57 pm, Yes my car was there today for 5 1/2 hours!!!! I only went to get my spark plugs across the street for about half an hour. When I came back to pick up my car, Alberto M was a complete mess of lies. He tried to whisper to me outside and I said no, let's take this to the counter and have an open conversation in the lobby. There should be no secrets here it's about my car. He lies and says that it was 5 1/2 hours because I had to go get the spark plugs. I asked him how long he thought it really took me to pick up spark plugs next-door. Obviously it was a half hour max. Beverly also wasted my time making me look under my hood claiming that I needed to clean my fuel injector for another $100 when they didn't clean it at all as I found when I picked it up and she was nowhere to be found. Alberto M. proceeds to lie again because he claimed Beverly was off and he told me that I didn't approve The fuel injector being cleaned. Are you kidding me? Of course I did. Why do you think I left my car there for 5 1/2 hours. For just spark plugs? They had to send me home in an Uber mid way waiting because it was such a long amount of time...and in the Uber the driver told me that she heard this location has often lied to customers by charging them for things they don't need and lying to them about how long it will take making customers wait forever. They also sent an Uber to come pick me up at the wrong address so I was outside waiting for a long time for them to correct the issue and the Uber who picked me up, said that they do lie about wait times and sometimes they use techs that are Brand new and not trained and working on our cars and they take forever. The lying needs to stop. I would've given this a one star if she didn't honor the $30 discount off the $350 making it $320, which is still way above my original written and verbal quote. read more

Wait time is about 30 min - 1 hour but other than that it was a smooth process once they start the working on your car. The mechanics worked well as a team and were informative/responsive to my questions. My husband pays the guy Mario and he told him that her name is Mimi!? I looked inside and the back seat is full of trash that was on the floor. If you are going to vacuum and clean fine if not then don't! But do not get the trash from the floor and put it on our seats! I don't usually have a reason to crow about a big chain like Jiffy Lube. In fact, when I got full synthetic oil change 3 weeks ago, they said it would be finished in a little over an hour, but they hadn't even started 90 minutes later. However, they did a great job changing out my dead/nearly dead battery a few days ago. They had warned me at my oil change that the battery was on its last legs. A few weeks later, the battery did die, and I needed to get it quickly replaced so I could get to work. The bays were full with oil change customers, but one of the mechanics came back early from his break and worked on my car in the parking lot, getting the old battery out before even clocking back in. They told me in the phone (I called ahead) that they would take care of me quickly, and they did. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance needs read more

I needed an oil change and of course this place is the "go to" spot to get that done on pretty much any vehicle. When I first arrived customer service was not very friendly. The guy at the front desk ignored me for about 5 minutes before telling me--rudely-- how and where to park my car. To too it off the "job" took for.ev.er!!!& let's not forget about the mandatory masks signs posted all over the lobby- but yet the employees wer couching everywhere and on everything. Let's not forget the issue of price! I was told over the phone that for my car it wouldn't be any more than $79.99 with $10 off from the online coupon. When it came time to pay, of course, all of the sudden my car took a "different type of oil"..although my car states which type to use on the engine oil cap..so the total came out to $110 and some change.
