The Murano that caught her eye had almost 5 thousand miles on it. The asking price refected that fact. Now understaably we were not expecting them to take a loss on the vehicle, however after all the business we have given this dealership we expected a little give and take on the price. Sadly they refused to drop the price one single dollar. Her credit score is in the mid 800 hundreds. So afterr all the business we had given them, they allowed us to walk out. Not once did we even have a discussion with the sales manager to work a deal out. I sure hope the dealerships owners see this posting. We will at this time never be back.

Called and ordered a simple alternator. Guy on the phone I'll refer to as "No name" because nobody…read moreever gives a name because there in no accountability in this establishment, says "I gotta get it from my warehouse, it will be about an hour." So after waiting an hour and a half, I called ahead to make sure it was there before I go up there. Low and behold nobody answers. So I wait 15 more minutes and call back. Still no answer. So at this point its now been 1hr45min. I drive there up there and not only did they NOT have it, they lie and say "it's en route. Bout half hour." So I drive back to my shop and wait. I call 45min later, they then put me on hold for 15min!! This is a small parts store with people working there they're only job is to ANSWER THE PHONE. No name gets back on the line and blames the warehouse!! I couldn't believe it. They had me waiting over 3 hours and still tried to deflect blame. I went to a competitor and they had me in, paid for and out in less than 10min. Just a reminder that sometimes its worth the $10 extra to go someplace that treats a customer fairly.
