Some of the great folks at Meyer's RV
    Lisa C.

all of the folks there were fantastic to us, starting with our sales person, Jessica, and all the way through to the closing. They went above and beyond to ensure that our rig was in complete working condition when we left and took it down the road. Cody was very thorough and extremely detailed in explaining all of the processes to us, and teaching us about the intricacies of the solar package and all other amenities of the coach. We left with big smiles on our faces and took a picture of the entire group in front of the store. I would endorse them anytime and we have dealt with many many RV dealers in the past.

Getting very frustrated now as they are very good at taking our money, but not so good once they have it. To be fair, I understand it was during the holiday season, but we sent the money December 19th, and despite repeated calls (which we had to make at midnight from Korea) and repeated E-mails we cannot get them to answer the simple question "when do we bring it in, and how long does it need to stay?". At one point we were promised an answer by December 28th, but since then all we get are evasions. When we call, the person we need to talk to is out (seems to be out a lot) or whoever we get hold of says we are waiting to hear from somebody in service. We are trying to book time in April so plenty of notice, and were told the schedule was open then, but STILL don't have an appointment. Since we have to book a hotel to stay while we are in town, the longer we wait, the higher the prices go. We also cannot schedule anything else (we are stopping there during a trip across America) until we have those dates. This review does not encompass their work, but with customer service this bad I have a bad feeling about the company in general. If there are problems, let us know, don't leave us hanging for weeks, and it is not like this should be a difficult task. **Update: We finally got our appointment, and the work was completed. I will say that the work appears excellent, and the onsite experience was stellar. Trying to make new appointments for more work, and running into the same lack of responsiveness. I would say Advanced RV does great work, but getting them to respond is like trying a wake a teenager up in the morning after a rock concert.

We looked at Roadtrek and the Mercedes-Airstream collaboration, and they are very nice, but they cannot compare to the RVs built by Advanced RV. Unlike the others, ARV is completely custom. The process begins with a visit to the factory that can last days, as you work with the staff to select EVERYTHING in your custom RV. From the engine, suspension and mechanical details, all the way to the color schemes, floorings and fixtures, you and the ARV team customize each item in the RV. Once everything is selected, there is a constant flow of information from ARV to the customer, as they keep you up to date on their progress. If you have any questions, or there are any items that the craftsmen at ARV are not certain about, you can call them, or they will contact you. And you don't just leave a message. Everyone at ARV is available to talk to you about any question or concern you might have, and that includes Mike Neundorfer, the company's owner. We just took possession of our new ARV, "Huginn," and are simply blown away with quality and level of workmanship. Everything is first rate. We took our new RV on a cross country road trip to return home, and even took her back into the mountains outside Santa Fe, NM. The road was narrow and rough, but there was almost none of the rattle, shake and clatter that I have come to associate with RV travel. On the freeways, the RV was so quiet it might as well have been a well made SUV. We simply could not be happier with our new RV, and with the entire experience of working with Advanced RV. Review for Fame RV - Saegertown, PA You're not going to…read morepurchase a new park model and expect everything to be perfect. Life isn't like that. These are manufactured living spaces, and issues can arise. What truly matters -- and what reveals the real character of a dealership -- is how they handle those issues after the sale. In that regard, Fame RV of Saegertown is exemplary. Shortly after taking delivery of our new park model, we encountered two significant problems: an electrical switch that malfunctioned and the on-demand hot water system that failed and needed to be replaced. Fame responded with genuine concern, acted quickly, and resolved both matters thoroughly and professionally. They also went the extra mile during the changeover. Their crew carefully disassembled the awning and skirting from our trade-in, then reinstalled the awning and replaced the skirting on the new unit once it arrived -- all done in a timely, professional manner with real attention to detail. This is not our first purchase from Fame. We have dealt with them for years. Anyone can offer a good price on a park model or travel trailer. What sets Fame apart is their consistent service, the quality of the people they hire, and the genuine care and empathy they show when something needs attention. That level of customer care is rare, and it is why we continue to trust them. Highly recommended.

Chris was surprisingly professional and knowledgeable! I told him I needed a camper to drive my mother-in-law, fun, and wife to see my just born Granchild in North Carolina. He told me he had "Minnie Winnie" available. I reserved it. I went through his website to reserve it because that is best deal on insurance rates that way. When I picked up the camper it was filled with gas, ready to roll, super clean and fully stocked with all kinds of camping amenities! I didn't need all the amenities because we had a house to stay in but, they are there for who needs them. Chris went through everything in detail. Pay attention when he talks so you don't miss anything. Everything in the camper worked! A thousand miles in "Minnie Winnie" and the only thing that gave me trouble was my Mother-in Law. The camper drove good and handled well. I am very picky with driving comfort. I'd rate Minnie an 8. For 500 miles a day she is fine. I got out with no issues As a reference I'm 57 250lbs. Almost 6'. Wife didn't like how driver seats don't recline but, that's not a deal breaker. Minnie is comfortable but, I'm not sure I'd want to do a thousand miles in a day. The V-10 Ford engine is known for bad mpg. I was dreading how much I would spend on gas. But, it wasn't terrible. I did the speed limits 70mph and that will reduce mpg but, we only spent around $500. Compared to plane tickets we saved! Overall, this experience was outstanding! If I rent a camper again I'll be calling Gallagher RVs for sure!
