I had the absolute blessing of dealing with the general manager (I'm assuming) Tim, after saying I wanted a refund he went a checked the date I bought it and immediately said "nope, can't do that" and I asked why? And he stated "I'm not giving you a refund on a product you've used for 3 years" without the context of the warranty info, that makes sense. I pointed out that the LIFETIME warranty states I am entitled to a refund. After asking where it says I can't have a refund MULTIPLE times and him saying no, he finally huffed and shook his head, pulled up the info and proceeded to scan over this 3 sentence warranty like his life depended on it. Finally saw I was correct, huffed, and got me my money. I was nothing but nice to him and I'm not sure what prompted him acting like a child. I used to work at the local auto shop and the service advisors there had bad experiences with him daily, stay away from this store.

Amber was extremely courteous, professional and most of all a Great human being! She knew my battery was too hot to be removed, but, she also knew I had to pick my daughter up from school and had no options...What did she do? She clocked out, jumped in her truck and took me to my kid's school to pick her up! Who does that these days....NO ONE! She then made sure we got my daughter home, took me back to the store and "she" changed out my battery and sent me on my way...All the while with a smile on her face and LOVE in her heart. I will never forget this and how she went out of her way (for a grown man) to help. It is people like her, we call, Angels. It was late and I called around 5:20 and they close at 5:30. Right off the bat, a guy answered the phone and said, "Simco, can you hold?" and I said, "Sure." and I got the hold music. I was on hold for 16 minutes, patiently waiting for them to get back to me and then I hear what sounds like someone picking up the phone and putting it down, hanging up on me. It's not that big of a deal, so I call them back and it immediately picks up and gives me their "closed for business" recording. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They seriously hung up on me so they wouldn't have to work after hours. I was pissed. Pissed enough that a week later, I remembered the incident and came to the computer specifically to write about my experience. It's not going to keep me from buying their products, but it really is a crappy move.

I get my oil changes at the dealership and they did that and after that was completed, the service advisor tells me that my oil pan was leaking and that I needed to replace it. The cost was $530. The advisor continued by telling me that the passenger side front axle had grease all over it and that that repair would cost $2150. I was suspicious and untrusting of Clay Cooley simply because of the entire situation, so I had seen online Dwight's & Don's Auto Care and I decided to give them a try. I met with Justin and explained my situation and he presented himself as a truthful guy and I decided to give them a try. Well, after everything was done, my oil pan didn't need to be replaced. It was the oil filter housing assembly that needed to be replaced because it's plastic and had broken. As for the front axle and the grease, Don told me that they cleaned it up and that the boot wasn't torn and that there was no reason for any further repair. So, after going to see Dwight's and Don's Auto Care, I went from a possible $2100 repair bill to a $400 repair bill. My Palisade SUV is running good and I highly appreciate Justin's and Don's sincere honesty. This was my first time in their shop and they took care of me like I was a regular customer and from now on I probably will be. Thank you so very much, I'll definitely be back when any other work is needed.

They rotated my tires last time before and have been the only ones to service my vehicle, since my tires have covers I did not think to dble check the work and have been driving like that since.
