A battery failing in 4 months is obviously defective, but instead of standing behind their product, they made excuses and wouldn't replace it. So apparently their "warranty" is just something they say to get your money -- don't expect them to actually back it up. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that stands behind what they sell. This place clearly doesn't.

He tried to give me a lower class battery until I questioned him about it and said oh he got the wrong battery. I asked him why wasn't the battery holding charge and he said I should know because I was the one using the battery. I had to ask him for paperwork on my battery after it was already in my vehicle and he said he was getting to it. He thinks he needs to keep the upper hand on the interaction. Don't go in there expecting stellar service. You won't get it!

On top of the great service my 2010 Prius is running great with the battery I installed today from Greentec. These guys are pros and the price is good. FYI, I tried to fix my own battery and I have to let you know that is not an easy task, hybrid batteries are super complex. I heard great things about Greentec so we towed the car down to TX. They had the car fixed and running the same day! Drove the car back with no issues. Car runs great. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very confident in their work. I highly recommend them. I will never let the dealership touch my hybrid system again.
