When I called Joe and told him what was going on he told me he was going out of town the next day but asked me to come by so we could see what was going on. When we met he immediately looked at my engine then took it for a drive to see whether the BMW shop's recommendation was legit. He couldn't hear anything to indicate there was a need for a new engine mount and when he ran the diagnostic to see what was needed...it was a new gas cap! During that time I understand Houston had a hurricane. Well now its been over 3 months and I still don't have my engine. The shop kept telling me its close to being ready. One week Jay told me it should be ready at the beginning of next week. Well, by Wednesday of that next week I still wasn't contacted about my engine. When I contacted them again saying I need a tracking number and a bill. Jay asked me where they needed to send it to and I told them. Never heard back from them on the tracking number or bill. Contacted Sharper Edge and let them know and never heard from them neither.
