They did a great job, and provided quality tires and professional service. At the time of the tire install, they informed me about needing new a lower control arm ball joint. I was already scheduled to take the truck to the dealership on Monday for an oil change, but instead of adding it to the list for the dealership, I entrusted the 610 team to do the job! Fast forward to Monday, oil change went well but the dealership informed me I needed a new ball joint?!?! You can imagine my surprise. I reached out to 610 but initially I told the dealership to proceed. Thankfully, they needed a specific wheel lock in order to remove the tires. That delay allowed me more time for processing all the details. I took an uber to 610 to retrieve the specific wheel lock. They gladly gave me several locks (they weren't quite sure which one was needed). That, to me, is another example of how they're willing to go over and beyond the call of duty. They even gifted me with a wheel lock once the correct lock was identified. The more I examined the imagines sent by the dealership, the more I noticed the pics only showed excessive lube around the joints. Thankfully, bringing the key to them, delayed the process of them conducting the work and allowed me the opportunity to witness for myself the tires being secure and having NO play/free movement. Needless to say, the dealerships assessment was incorrect. The mechanic was very apologetic in his error. New ball joint replacement was NOT needed. All an all, Im extremely pleased with 610's professionalism and attention to details. 610 will forever be my first stop for any of my tire needs. Support local businesses!

I was referred to the owner, Sunny, by a long-time customer, which is the only reason I considered this shop at all. I asked Sunny to diagnose my extra vehicle, a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and paid $250 for the vehicle to be towed to his shop. After two weeks of waiting, he informed me that the vehicle needed a new motor due to issues with the heads, but he claimed there were no other problems. It's worth noting that the truck had been sitting unused for over a year before I brought it in. Sunny then requested $1,500 for the repairs, which I paid up front , and he assured me the truck would be ready in a week and I would pay the remainder when he completed the job. However, three to six months passed without any updates, and my attempts to contact him went unanswered. It took the person who referred me to visit the shop and inquire about my truck's status. He was told that if they couldn't fix it, they shoul refund my money. While she was on the phone with me and talking to Sunny, the owner gave a sob story about losing his mechanics and his father passing away, asking for more time to get the motor installed and the truck running by the 15th. Yet, here we are, four more months later. I asked my brother, who lives nearby, to check on the truck at his shop, and he found my truck untouched, now with bumper damage, water damage, and mold inside. He confronted Sunny, who again promised that the truck would be operational by April 15th. I contacted my brother, who resides on that side of town, since it's a one-and-a-half-hour drive for me to visit the shop. He went to the property and took pictures of my truck, which had been untouched. Unfortunately, it now has bumper damage, water damage, and mold inside. He spoke with Sunny, who assured him that he would have it operational by April 15th, claiming responsibility for it sitting for over a year, which caused water damage from the rain. He promised to handle the bodywork, brakes, and cleanup. However, on May 19th, my brother visited the shop one last time to check on the Jeep's progress. Sunny stated that the AC was functioning and the vehicle was running well, but he still needed to clean it and fix the bumper, as his body man was unavailable. My brother then took the Jeep home, only to find the check engine light on, malfunctioning signals, a broken gas meter, and now it won't even start. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any business, especially considering the high recommendations. It's been a series of blatant lies, and I'm still out of money with no resolution, forcing me to consider legal action. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I urge others to avoid dealing with Sunny at this shop.

They also claimed that when trying to scan my computer to determine what the check engine light was all about, they could not read it because I had a fuse out. When I went to go pick up my car, I stopped at AutoZone to get some opinions and they read my computer with a $50 dollar scanner, (I asked how much it cost) free of charge and as it turns out, all I needed was to replace a spark plug. I also asked the people at AutoZone about my brakes and radiator. I followed their instructions to get the air out of my brake fluid lines...yes just air, then I bought this mercury looking leak stop and now my radiator is fixed and my car is running like a champ. Very disappointing experience with BMW Clear Lake Service Department, and not what I would expect…read morefrom a BMW dealership. Their website advertises a $119 service, but they attempted to charge $150. If a price is publicly advertised, customers should not have to question it in order for it to be honored. Their website also promises a 10% discount for PM appointments, which they initially did not apply until I pointed it out. Another major issue: their online booking advertises vehicle pickup and return service. They picked up my BMW from my home, but later told me they would not return it and instead booked the cheapest Uber option so I could go pick up my own vehicle. This forced me to take time off work, which defeats the purpose of offering pickup and return service in the first place. To make matters worse, they even sent the Uber to the wrong address, despite the fact that they clearly had my correct address on file since they picked up the vehicle from my home earlier the same day. After escalating the issue, the Service Director did match the advertised $119 price and applied the 10% discount, which I appreciate. However, customers should not have to escalate issues just to receive what is clearly advertised. For a BMW dealership that represents the BMW brand, I expected much better transparency, organization, and customer care. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for service and cannot recommend BMW Clear Lake.
