I got there and they took my truck and told me they would call once it was complete. I got a phone call later saying they had issues getting my lugs off and that they were swollen and needed to be replaced. an extra $400 later, I picked them up and told them to give me my lugs. In my 30 years of owning a vehicle, I have never seen the issues they had. I could understand one or so but having to butterfly almost a quarter of them?!? This tells me that either they did not know what they were doing or they were milking me for what they could. So, go somewhere else. I bet they will be more honest with you then these dudes.

Especially after driving 800 miles for the move, you could say my car was in need of many things. I called and made the appointment a week in advance and they had a very flexible schedule to work with. When I arrived there was minimal paperwork and they even heated up my burrito for me in their staff kitchen! I waited for less than 45 minutes while they did a synthetic oil change and full inspection, for no additional charge. They walked me through all the red flags, what i want to watch and what looks great, on their monitor while pulling my car back around. They were kind, patient and informative. Unfortunately, I am unsure what a full priced synthetic oil change is here but with my welcome coupon mine ended up being less than $40. They took great care of me and were very knowledgable on all things vehicle repair oriented. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be back again, if needed.
