I came in politely asking for help with a car part, and instead of assisting me, the employee just yelled "aisle 5." When I asked for clarification, he repeated the same thing without any effort to help. I specifically asked if they could look up my vehicle to ensure I was buying the correct part, and he flatly said, "Nope, we can't." I tried to figure it out on my own, but there were so many parts it was overwhelming. When I asked another employee, he behaved the same way rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. When I pointed out that AutoZone's own website asks for make and model, they shrugged and said, "We just don't." What was even more frustrating is that while I was struggling, I noticed them being attentive and helpful to other customers but not me. It felt like the difference in treatment came down to a complexion, which was deeply upsetting. I left and went to O'Reilly's on 9th Avenue instead, where the employees immediately looked up my vehicle, helped me find the right part, and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.Please avoid the AutoZone on 9th Avenue. We were driving on I-10 heading towards from DeFuniak Springs FL en route to LA when the…read moresupplemental braking system that brakes the car we flat tow behind our RV quit working. This puts added pressure on the RV's hydraulic brakes. I called the InvisiBrake's manufacturer, Roadmaster Inc, for assistance. They gave us the name of Humphrey's to have it checked. I called them and they got us in as soon as we arrived. They were able to troubleshoot and repair the problem (blown fuse and a wire that came loose) for a very reasonable charge. We were back on the road in about 3 hours, which included the mechanic's 1 hour lunch break. These folks were very friendly, knew what they were doing, and got the job done quickly and for a good price. I would definitely check with Humphrey's for your hitch & trailer needs in the Pensacola area.

I went here last week to get my wheels rotated and tire balanced and when the guy was done, I go to…read morepay, he tells me I'm good. And I was so confused, he just said you're good. So I left, I'm not car savvy so I don't know what to check for. I go to check my wheels today because I happened to be outside on lunch and there's massive road rash along my wheel on the passenger side that was rotated to the front. I've never had road rash because I've never hit any curbs and I always wipe my wheels after a car wash. Otherwise, why would I not need to pay for services?

I returned today with an issue on a tire, first time l've had a real issue, I called before to make sure it was still covered under warranty and it wouldn't be a problem for them to fix. I was reassure two times that it wouldn't be an issue and to bring in my tire, which I had already removed from my vehicle. Upon arriving after they looked at my tire, they informed me they could give me 50% off a new tire because of the tread left on my old tire. They informed me that they didn't have my old tire brand anymore, but could offer me one that was equivalent to what I had. He then proceeded to tell me that half of a new tire would bring my total to around $200. I told him I wasn't sure how that was possible when a brand new tire regular price was $200. Where did the 50% come in to play? He told me after mounting the tire on my rim and other fees it would be around $200. I had already removed the tire from my car so they weren't even having to put it on or off my vehicle. They told me even with a cheaper tire my total would still be around $170. I told him that the tire he was trying to sell me for $170 was listed brand new for $120 on THEIR OWN website so I was still confused when the half off came into play, how my total would be that much. Worst is customer service l've ever received from them. I took my tire and will now bring it to a local tire shop instead of counting on them. Let's just say the warranty and the things they make you feel like you need to purchase when you purchase new tires from them is unnecessary because it does not help when you have a real issue. Not sure if it's the new management that took over this establishment or if it's the new company that owns them but even with the warranty from them, I will no longer use them.
