My car needed a quick repair that involved no parts, just a few minutes of labor. When they were…read morefinished, Sam said "no charge." Most places would have charged for a half-hour of labor which would have been $40. Outstanding! I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for service in the future. Sam seems like an honest guy that's not going to rip you off by overcharging for parts or fixing things that don't need fixed. I have never trusted the big chain auto service places. They always seem to find something else wrong every time you bring your car in for service. Support your local small businesses!

I took a van in to Sam(owner) with a no heat condition. You could hear the fan motor running, but…read moreno hot air was coming out of the vents. Got my van back and it was working fine although it was a little loud. About two weeks later the exact same situation happened. I decided to take it apart myself. What I found shocked me. Sam had tried to repair the fan blades himself with duct tape & a hose clamp. Even though he charged me for a new fan motor & blades., He couldn't get his screwdriver at the hose clamp screw head , so he broke off two of the fans blades which as anybody knows knocked it out of balance, that's why it was so loud when I got it back, I looked at my receipt & saw he charged me for a new motor (which was fine) & new fan blades which he never replaced because I couldn't see it when I opened the hood. Plain and simple, he intentionally tried to deceive me. If I did this, I'd be in jail for theft. Sam is a thief & if you value your hard earned money, stay far away from Tri County Automotive!!!!
