Due to Covid there's a line for everyone to get into...you can't just go to an employee and ask for help locating the item. You need to stand in line, when it's your turn ask for whatever part you're looking for and then the employee will go and get it for you. This is really nice of them but it also makes the line go a little slower. However once you're being assisted by an employee, you will be assisted quickly and you'll be able to pay and get out quickly. read more

Trash customer service. Went in today to buy a battery for my car and the person helping us said she would help us "once they got the line under control." We stepped aside and waited and waited while everyone else continued to be serviced while the line consistently kept growing and growing. All while not being acknowledged. The line was still to the door when I decided to walk out and go across the street to O'Reilly Auto parts. I should have just went there to begin with. I was helped right away and the car battery was cheaper and has a 2 year warranty as opposed to the garbage 3 month warranty they were offering. You know, I had one of those sucky days that go too long because of a car repair. It got longer when I lost the manual to my car. I called this location to see if they could just check the front desk/cashier counter to see if I had left it there. The guy on the phone said, "Yep, I checked, nothing there." Because I was sure that was the only place it could possibly be, I drove up and, sure enough, it was sitting there right on the counter. Extremely disappointed in the service provided at this location. An employee named Douglas who claimed to be the manager accused my husband of stealing spark plugs when he returned the one he had purchased the same day. (Opened box but completely untouched and unused). The mechanic doing the tune up on my car told my husband to get spark plugs from here but mistakenly only purchased one when he needed four. Autozone had a cheaper price when purchasing four at once so he went to return the one spark plug so he could get the bundle at the discounted price. Douglas immediately accused him of swapping out the old spark plug for a new one saying he "knows what he's doing". My husband had me on speaker on his Apple Watch and while he's trying to explain to me what the "manager" is telling him, I hear Douglass yell "Don't put words in my mouth!". My husband repeatedly told him he was done speaking to him and that he was letting me know what was happening, yet Douglas still wouldn't stop yelling at my husband telling him he's wrong and insisting that he's a thief. Do you not have serial numbers on your products?? It shouldn't be hard to just check! If he would've done that instead of screaming at customers, he would've realized he was wasting his time trying to accuse my husband of stealing!! read more

If you could take stars I would. This location is a nightmare. With the exception of a couple employees, the rest have little to no automotive knowledge and have no business giving advice. The managers are even worse. I bought a clutch kit from them for my RWD Corolla and they asked if I was sure it wasn't a FWD. I think I know the difference. Corollas did come rear wheel drive. But they decided they knew best I guess because they gave me the one for the FWD Corolla that had a different throw out bearing. I went back the same day to exchange it and I guess instead of doing it as an exchange they ran the transaction as a return so the "Lifetime Warranty" that I had with it doesn't exist since their computer shows it was returned the same day. Maybe things have changed here since these last two reviews were posted, I've come here several different times in the last few months and had nothing but great service. The store manager Alejandro is extremely friendly and helpful. I've only encountered one issue since I've been coming here and that was when I ordered a part and went to pick it up and the guy had trouble finding it. I didn't have my receipt with me so he couldn't look for it by part number. It was almost closing time so the guy offered to bring it to my house when he got off if I would call him when I got home with the part number on the receipt. As I was pulling out of the parking spot he ran up to my car with the part. If offering to drive to my house to bring me my part isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. And I believe the guy's name is Xavier, so kudos to you! read more

My wife and I walk in looking for a product and what a regret that was. There was f this f that rap music playing and all employees were outside looking at this god awful truck which they thought was cool cause it had had strobe lights in the headlight housings. Of course when the employees see us walk in they go in. No problem but did they offer assistance or even acknowledge we were there? Nope. Without a doubt we walked right out and guess what? Not one employee said a word let alone even looked at us they were all just talking. We decided to go to oreilys instead they actually have training in customer service unlike these guys/gal. I went this morning to have a car battery tested; I was concerned as to what the issue would be and what time I would get to work. I was assisted by Daniela who promptly inspected my battery and found the battery needed replacing. Daniela replaced the battery, including installation in no time. Best of all, it was all at no cost as battery was still under warranty. I found value in buying a battery at Auto Zone and have always found their staff easy to engage. read more
