Hugo and Jessica (I think that's her name) were very nice to my dad and I. They lend us some tools to get a very worn out battery from my car. They didn't hesitate in helping us. I was that costumer today that arrived 15 minutes before closing. Both my headlights burned out and I had to get them replaced immediately. My husband had a very hard time taking one of the lights out and had to remove the whole piece to remove the bulb. Franky saw my husband struggling and without hesitation came out to help. Nicholas is the man! He was able to track down a warranty part I purchased years ago, and informed me he didn't now have it in stock. I needed it right away so I went to the sister store to pick it up however the employee couldn't find the warranty, I made one phone call to Nicholas and he trained & walked the other employee through on how to find it. So glad we got another auto parts store on this side of town. I use to be an Auto Zone fan all the way but on this side of town, O'Reilly's is the store to go to. The employees are always kind and quick to greet you and offer any assistance. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The prices are fair, same as Auto Zone but they do price match their competitors so you'll always get a fair price. They also have a rewards program that converts to money back. Upon entering their store my wife and I were asked if they could help us .Our reply was we are looking for auto detailing products and it is our first time at there store. Normally we go to Pep boys, To my shocked the person behind the counter asked my wife to exit the store and put her purse in our car ,I asked why and that her wallet and our go pro and camera is in it and if we leave it in our car it will probably get stolen .I asked if your was there policy ? we were told no it is a request. I have been to walmart ,vons ,pep boys ,barnes and noble and never one person has asked my wife to exit the store ,Is it because my wife and I are of different color. Bought a TP sensor here that cost $120 I took it home and then saw it was a faulty cable that was causing my problem so I went to return it and they said it had dirt on it and told me it was installed and would not return it. I did not even take it out of the box. The guy at the counter did to show it to me when I bought it. So now I got ripped of for $120. I never had any problems with Autozone and only went here because it is a new store and is a little closer then Autozone. Never again will I buy from O'reilly. STAY AWAY!!! There's always only two people at the front desk and expect a long line because they both answer phone calls while they're with a customer. I think it's rude and unprofessional to do that. This place is a joke. Get some real employee's not abunch of kids just trying to flirt with each other rather then work. Waited at the register for forever trying to get someone to help me check out. There were atleast 5 kids in the back yelling and making a scene while unpacking or something. One of the workers went over the intercom and asked for help up front because she was all by herself. Plus i wasnt the only one just standing waiting for someone to check out. No one came infact it almost seemed like they ran away as soon as she said that. Needless to say i left my items on the counter and walked out. This is not the first, or second time i have had this happe. Horrible customer service.
