Do not go here! These people are straight criminals. My daughter lives nearby, I live in Texas. She needed to buy her first car on her own so I helped from afar. I found a nice '23 Accord on their website for $21,491 and had her go look at it. She loved the car! They told her she'd be around 15% interest (she has a 780 credit score). So she told them she'd was going to speak with me and come back the next morning. We arranged financing through USAA that night and she went back to buy the car. To say she was excited is an understatement. But when she got there, they had raised the price by $4000. They were unwilling to move on it. So she had to get another uber to go home, pretty upset. I called the sales manager to discuss it and he was rude and insulting, asking me if I had proof it was $21,491 the day before. He said they certified it 3 days before and that's why it went up in price. That may be the case but it was advertised for the $21k. They too were unwilling to even meet me halfway. Just a simple profit grab at the expense of a single female. Disgusting. So I called Lancaster Honda, found a certified '23 model with less miles. I negotiated with them and we settled at $21,250. They also told us about a 1.5% interest promotion Honda was having, something these jerks didn't bother to do even though they are also a Honda dealer. So we ended up getting the one in Lancaster, at a dealership that was nothing but kind, compassionate and very professional. I'm off to write them a stellar review now. This dealership needs to be re-named because "TRUST" is the absolute last thing that comes to mind.... Shame on this place. read more

The first salesman told me that they had 3 in stock and urged me to make an appointment to come out the next day. I decided to call the dealership and make sure that I was not going to waste a 45 minute drive. What do you know, the salesman told me that they only had one white model available. I let him know that I was told they had 3 in stock. He assured me that, no, they only had one white Civic available. I told him that I did not appreciate being lied to and told him I would take my business elsewhere. Five minutes later I get a call from the "sales manager" apologizing that I was upset. By late afternoon I had decided I wanted a Honda Pilot, but I was at Honda in Lancaster (NOT this dealership) and the salesmen was so unpleasant to deal with that I didn't even get to sitting down and talking numbers, if I had to buy the car with him I wasn't going to buy a car. He was incredibly rude, and disrespectful (again that was NOT at this location!). I knew there was another Honda dealer in Valencia, so I started driving there. Thankfully my husband did a quick Google search and saw that there's a Honda dealer in Palmdale. I honestly wasn't too keen on the idea of giving the Palmdale/lancaster area another shot, but it was getting late, so we decided to give the Palmdale dealership a chance. I am so glad we went to Trust Honda in Palmdale! A salesman named Adrian Gonzales greeted me as I walked on the lot. Keep in mind, I was still in an exceptionally a bad mood from the dealer we had just left, so I wasn't as polite as I should have been. I kinda rudely made a list of my demands (I really should have been nicer) and he politely listened to me, gave me a cold bottle of water and offered me a seat in the lobby with air conditioning while he went and got a car that met my requirements. He was gone for a few minutes getting the car. While I was waiting I called my husband, who was waiting in our car in the parking lot, and jokingly told him I thought I was so mean to poor Adrian that I scared him off. I actually felt bad. I was so rude and frankly an absolute nightmare customer and he hadn't done anything wrong. While I was telling this to my husband I saw Adrian walking back towards me with a smile on his face. How was he smiling? I was so rude to him! Anyway, I decided to leave my attitude behind and I went on a test drive with Adrian, I wasn't going to tell him I had already test drove a Pilot with that other salesman an hour prior. The test drive with Adrian was by far the best test drive of the day and keep in mind, this was my 6th test drive of the day. He didn't spend the whole test drive talking nonstop and not letting me concentrate like other salesman had, he didn't try to annoy me with every random fact he had memorized about the car, he was helpful, he answered my questions, and tailored his sales pitch to focus on the things I cared about. He was a great salesman. So we got back to the dealership and I was ready to talk numbers, but I was NOT willing to let them put a hit on my credit until I knew the exact numbers. I take great pride in keeping my credit over 800 and I wasn't going to get a hard injury unless I was 100% buying a car. I knew that was a bit unconventional, and made me a bit of a hassle to deal with, but he was super polite and respectful. He was willing to do what I asked. I did a few more things that were likely quite annoying to have to deal with, but he handled every hurdle I threw at him like a champ and kept a smile on his face and stayed incredibly polite the entire time. By this time it was getting pretty late and I wasn't comfortable driving a car I had never driven (other than on the test drive); through a city I don't know, in the dark, then make the additional almost hour and a half drive home. Nope, not happening. So before we signed our contract I asked if we bought the car that night if we could come back the next day to pickup the car. It would have been almost three hours of driving for us the next day to pick it up, but I really didn't want to drive it for the first time at night. Adrian said we could, but then said he would be willing to drive it to our house for us. Wait, what, that's a really long drive! I thought there was no way he was serious, but he was. We went and signed our contract and charged our Tesla so it would have enough battery to get home and we drove home. Adrian called his wife and had her follow him in their car all the way to our house. And remember I said we stopped and charged our Tesla, that meant he had to sit and wait at our house for a half an hour for us to get there in addition to making the crazy long drive. We had told him that in advance and he was shockingly okay with it. Talk about going way above and beyond for your customers! I'm not typically fond of most car salesman and I'm an exceptionally challenging customer because I owned a used car dealership myself for many years and I have to say, Adrian was amazing! I wish I had him as an employee back in the day. He's exactly what every salesman should be, but very few actually are. He's amazing! So it turns out buying a car in Palmdale, of all places, actually can be a great experience and I thank Adrian for that 100%! I clearly let him know in the morning that I had multiple appointments to get to that day and that I had my two young children with me. He told me the vehicle needed to be inspected and that they would inform me about timing and rental availability -- but at no point did he communicate that the inspection would take all day or run as late as 8 PM. Had that been clearly communicated, I would have made other arrangements to ensure my children and I could attend our scheduled appointments. Instead, I waited -- and nearly three hours later, my vehicle still hadn't been touched, despite being labeled as the first one in line. Later, when my husband followed up, Christian told him something completely different -- that he had told me it would be an all-day process. That's simply not true. I felt gaslit and dismissed, as if I had misunderstood something I was very clear about from the beginning. To add more confusion, around 4:30 PM Christian called to say my car was ready since they close at 6 PM -- which again contradicted the earlier claim that it wouldn't be ready until 8 PM. This was yet another example of inconsistent communication. When I came to pick up the car, Christian did apologize for the miscommunication, but by then the damage was already done. The lack of clear, consistent communication caused me to miss important appointments and created a stressful, frustrating experience -- completely avoidable if I had just been told the full timeline up front. I sincerely hope this service department reflects on how they communicate with customers, especially those with children or tight schedules. My experience with Trust Honda of Palmdale was extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I hope management takes this seriously. During negotiations, I was clearly told that certain protections and a warranty would be included at no cost as part of the deal. After everything was finalized, I was later told those items were not valid because "since you didn't pay for them, we can't give you the warranty." That directly contradicts what was promised while making the deal. Another issue was the finance signing process. The finance department rushes you through the paperwork and pressures you to sign quickly rather than giving you time to read and understand everything. Looking back, this made it very difficult to catch discrepancies or things that didn't match what was discussed earlier. Buying or leasing a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers deserve full transparency and time to review what they're signing. I'd like to say that it's tough sometimes knowing whether you can trust a dealership and what they're saying your car might need. I've never had that issue at Honda in Palmdale. Even after ownerships changed I've been fortunate enough to have all the service advisors greet me and guide me as to what I have to get done, or what I may be able to wait on due to financial restrictions at the moment. They've always had my back with my car and making sure I'm safe on the road driving around the people I love the most on this planet. I love coming here knowing that ZERO corners will be cut in the repair or service of my car. There are cheaper places to go but I'm a true believer that you get what you pay for and cheaper is very rarely ever been better. Went in to have our Honda Odyssey fixed! It has electrical issues which is very common for the Honda Odyssey. They came back with a quote of close to $10,000 for repairs and it had nothing to do with the electrical issues when discussed that shocks have nothing to do with my electrical issues of the door, not latching and draining the battery, and the Odyssey is used for two little toddlers four and three years old, the Service Dept, the man that came out and we started discussing that I just want the electrical dealt with at this time, he looked at us and said seems like you've been looking at all the forums and you think you know so much go fuck yourself and fix it yourself! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced that I've lived in Palmdale for over 20 years. What he said was witnessed by the managers Tara and others. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at the Honda dealership in Palmdale, CA. I brought my car in back in September 2023 for transmission issues, and despite there being a known service bulletin about a faulty torque converter, no one mentioned it. I was told to just change the transmission fluid. Less than a year later, I was back with the same problem--this time with a transmission warning light. After researching and seeing that many other Honda owners had similar issues tied to the torque converter, I requested that they look into it. Instead, the service rep, Raul, immediately blamed my personal mechanic and dismissed my concerns. I had to push just to get the torque converter and software update checked. After waiting all day with no update (I had to call them myself), I was told I might need a whole new transmission. Only after insisting did they run further diagnostics and confirm the torque converter was the issue. That delay left me without a car for almost a week. I asked for a loaner because I'm a single mother of four and cannot afford to miss work or have my kids miss school. I was denied a loaner simply because I don't have a full service history with Honda--even though this is my first Honda. I chose Honda for its reputation for reliability, but this experience has been nothing short of stressful and disappointing. I've lost time, money, and trust in the brand. I had considered buying the new Prologue, but now I'm seriously looking into switching to another brand entirely. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a dealership. We explained several times to 3 managers what we were looking for and what we would and would not accept. We were presented the same offer 3 times from different managers that we refused the first time over a period of three days. We had purchased an Accord, CRV, a Pilot and a S2000 from this dealer (Robertson's) before it changed hands to "Trust" Adrian was a wonderful 5 Star the dealership is clean and so was the bathroom. I bought a used car from this dealership and within the first couple days of buying the car I've had major mechanical issues even though I was promised by the sales team there was nothing wrong with the car. Angela from the service department made sure to get a tow truck to tow my car to the Nissan dealership and gave me a free rental for as long as my car takes to get fixed. I was promised the car was in good working condition, it's not even drivable. I was told on the phone it would be an hour. When I got there, then I was told two hours. And I really didn't like that. So I waited for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. About an hour and a half later, my car is ready. The girl got my paperwork together. And she tells me to look at the video because I need air filters, Tires and something else. And I asked how much the filters would be and she told me and I just about flipped. And I said Tires really. So she brings up the video and I'm looking at it and I'm saying to myself wait a minute my car is white. The car she was showing me was gray. I told her it's not even a year old yet. I have another month to go. So then she finally realized she was showing me somebody else's car. They need to slow down a little bit and not be in such of a hurry. I really got upset and sick to my stomach. And I even felt dizziness coming on to me. I only have 3394 in mileage. So there's no way my car tires could look like that. And my vehicle is always parked in the garage. well when I got my car, there was water spots all over it and they're trying to blame my guy that I have come to my house and detail my car, trying to blame him. And on my door driver side there was some greasy stuff and I thought they hit something when they opened up my door and I was about to freak because I take care of my car. Make sure you check your car before you go in and make sure you check your car when it comes out. The girl got a towel to take it off for me. I hope and pray to God that they slow down a little bit more when they're dealing with the customer. If you can't multitask, don't do it. I will give them a second chance. I drove an hour to get to the dealership, only to be told the manager I spoke with "Jay" wasn't there and and they immediately tried to upsell me on a more expensive vehicle. On top of that, the numbers completely changed -- they added fees and costs that were never mentioned on the phone even after I asked for all the fees to be included before I made the drive. SERVICE CENTER IS AWESOME! I was originally quoted upwards of $450 from Honda Lancaster for simply running a diagnostic test on a recall. I came here instead, the test was FREE. I wasn't on the hook for any extra fees if it wasn't that. In addition to the parts on recall I needed another part. The service advisor called me before anything was done. He gave me a quote for $279 including parts & labor. PERFECT! very resonable...very mindful... they don't price gouge their customers. They finished up before the end of the day.
