The place is packed to understandably they did the best they can to get my fuse for my car overall, it was a good experience

Staff was hella friendly, knew their stuff, and courteous. I kept going back to replace parts and they were always personable.

went here and wanted to buy some auto parts and i was shocked at the price and thats when a worker (Tall skinny guy Not the nice lady helping me) started a rant how its the Tariffs causing the high price and kept going on getting political ...He really needs to keep politics out of his workplace..it bothered me enough to leave and buy a brand name online for 23 bucks...imagine that...tariffs didn't make those parts high...imagine if i didn't want to let his remark go and started a political debate right in the store? this guy needs to keep his trap shut read more

O'Reilly to the rescue! I was out in Lancaster on a rainy Friday night and my car battery died. I was able to borrow jumper cables from some local residents and got a jump start but I still had things to take care of in in Lancaster and was afraid to turn off my engine for fear of not being able to start my car again. I called O'Reilly and spoke with Saulo who advised me that my battery was in stock, told me the price, and said he would install it. I arrived at O'Reilly ten minutes later, waited in a short line, and met with Saulo. I purchased the battery and Saulo promptly installed it. Saulo was professional, friendly, and super helpful. Thanks Saulo! The store itself was clean and organized. They did not have public restrooms. They had their own dedicated parking lot so parking was easy. Overall, a wonderful experience. read more

Finally somebody who knows what they're talking about. I was in a tough position and trying to help my sister who was having problems with her car. Which she desperately needed to be in running condition and was under financial constraints. So we were looking for help and visited a couple different parts stores. Was very disappointed to say the least. But I was very pleasantly surprised when a young gentleman by the name Ben. Finally somebody who cares. He stopped what he was doing When it seemed like everyone else didn't even care. Just when I was losing Faith in mankind we met Ben! He diagnose the car helped us get the correct parts. Now it's running great and to my relief. Thank you Ben great job! read more

This is a delayed review. It will contain negativity on this particular store's handling of how they manage their daily business, or not-so-business matters. We purchased $300plus in parts no longer needed. Granted on my part - months later. However, not used at all - not even opened. Cannot find receipt. 1st attempt to return - they didn't even offer to locate receipt using their rewards program with telephone number. 2nd attempt to return - an employee locates receipt by using rewards program, said store manager will have to make that determination. 3rd visit to attempt return- store manager this time, claims he cannot make this call to return, he needs his district mgr, his supervisor. He says he will call me back. Clearly- NO Callback. 4th attempt-this time, I called instead of walking in. He says he cannot return this order. However - he says he will do me a favor by returning it, taking a loss to his store's cost by 1/2 of a refund. A refund by 50%. Is he kidding me? So I take it a step above and called the District Manager myself, and he got back to me a day or 2 later. (at least - I got a callback) He said he will do the refund , but charge me a restocking fee of 15%. At this point- I've lost all patience with this store, with this company in all. I agreed just to be done with them. 15 % is a little more than $45 loss. I am at the point of just get it over with. So I gave in at 15% loss. I later spoke to the corporate office , who tells me that there is NO such thing as a Restocking fee with their company, they cannot tell what type of business practice they are doing in this particular EAST LANCASTER, CA store. But they will look into it and mail me the remainder of my refund back totaling $54 in a check form. This is a review that I'm hoping people with will benefit from, because if this is what's going on with me, what else are they doing behind these doors of : 834 E Avenue J. Lancaster, Ca 93535. Had to come here for work related items and while I was here I kinda shopped around for some personal items. Asked about some replacement parts for my own car and a lot of stuff would need to be ordered. Not a big deal but I'm the kinda person who feels the need for instant gratification if I'm going to take the time to physically walk into a place of business. Regardless if there's anything you require automotive wise they will be able to help you out. Staff is friendly enough but they're not really interested in becoming your friend. Comparable pricing to other auto stores so if you're in the area you'd be fine to stop here instead of driving around for the cheaper deal. read more

I always order my stuff at The red competitors, came here once last night to order a hose and they messed up delaying my job for a whole day (or more if they mess it up again). I'm not sure how hard it is to click a time on the computer. But consider me never coming here again. I know it's harsh to judge by one experience but losing24 hours on a job because of a company that I can't control makes me look like I don't know what I'm doing. So thanks oreillys!
