My first time using it was this year, May 14, 2023. Not only did she neglect to tell me that this product needed to be attached to an OUTLET but now the 90 day window has closed for me to return it. Plus electric cannot be returned unless they are defective, that wasn't told to me when I bought it??? I don't have the luxury of having someone in my life know about auto parts, so I depend on stores like you and knowledgeable employees that you employee to assist me on this journey. I am angry and disappointed. The employees at this location were helpful in letting me know the policy that wasn't stated to me the day I bought it, but I'm very angry that I was led astray by someone that was supposed to help. It's disingenuous and I will definitely not be walking in by myself ever again because the advice the employees give is untrustworthy to someone who knows nothing about cars. After I came out of Aldi, my car almost didn't start, so I went into this Advance Auto Parts. Justin was on duty, he immediately went out to my car and put the tester on the battery. Lo and behold it was bad, one cell was shot. He recommended that I get a new battery, because a car needs all twelve volts to runs properly, and with winter coming up, I know that my battery wasn't going to make it through. Justin took out my old battery, even though it was not an easy task, the bracket holding it was rusty and very hard to loosen. But Justin was extremely pleasant and patient. He got my old battery out and the bracket gave him a problem for the new battery which he solved with the same amount of patience and pleasantry. All in all it was a great experience, and a pleasure to have an honest pleasant patient worker take care of the consumer. I highly recommend this Auto Parts Center.

I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. I will continue to patronise Reliable Auto and recommend them to everyone I know!

The small device that monitors tire pressure changes had disengaged and was spinning and falling inside my car tire. I have to say. I felt relieved to know I heard it!!! They took me seriously! I'm an educated teacher ... 74 yrs old. These folks heard me and heard it! l highly recommend them.
