The employee at the reception asked the other worker, who was sitting down, "You're done with your break, right? There's a customer waiting." The employee replied, "No, I'm not done. I still have 30 minutes left. Tell them to wait!" The worker remained seated on his phone and made no effort to help. If your employees don't intend to work while the business is open, then you should close instead of wasting customers' time. We drove a long distance to your location only to be turned away because someone preferred to stay seated rather than assist a paying customer. Very disappointing experience. He presented three options to us high, mid, low with the pros and cons of each. He did not rush us and just made us feel comfortable to make an informed decision. We spoke about softball and baseball and found out he was from neck of the woods. - real solid, down to earth guy. Once we decided what we wanted, we were willing to wait a few hours on line to put the new wipers on but Carl jumped right on it and put them on immediately. As a first time Mercedes-Benz owner I expected so much more from thier "badge". These dealerships and service departments represent that badge and much maintain the high degree of of customer service and support to maintain their superior luxury status and image. I wrote an email with the multiple problems I encountered on my first visit. I got a voice mail at the end of the work day and called back the following morning. I never heard back from them again. So its quite apparent they do not value new customers. This is not a good team to do business with. Beware my Mercedes-Benz friends.
