They did a great job of servicing her car and provided a detailed inspection report. We're looking forward to working with them in the future. We also found the Dealership to be very nice, clean and uncluttered. Service waiting area was comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to wait there in the future.

Untrustworthy - NEVER TRUST or USE SERVICE!!! I was in town for the holidays with my family when…read moremy car wouldn't turn on so I had it towed to Rocky Top Ford Service thinking the Ford dealer would be my best option when from out of town. The service department lied and said that 3 parts failed and I would need to replace all at the cost of $2200. (Module, fuel pump and high pressure pump). Im mechanically inclined and didn't believe them. Well I'm glad I didn't, all I need to replace was the fuel pump which the part at their cost was $800+, I got it from a parts store for $300ish a replaced myself. Saved $1800 by not falling for their bs. They figured they had me by the b*lls since I was 600 miles away from home and tried to get me. Scammers. This is the type of service department that gives dealerships bad reputations. I was ready to pay for a pump, but to tell me it was both pumps and a module when infact it wasn't is disgusting and I feel bad for everyone who ever uses this service department as I fear they're all being hustled, even if it's for an extra $50. Run.

Staying in a cabin in Gatlinburg for our honeymoon, and when we went to leave for a date night on…read morethe town our car wouldn't start!! After getting our 5 year old Duralast battery jumped-off, we drove to Advanced Auto Parts, priced a battery over the phone, but decided to give autozone a call since they're the ones who sold the Duralast brand. Eddie was more than helpful matching up the right battery, testing the old one to verify fault, and giving me different price options to choose from. I was interested in the three year Gold battery, but when I asked Eddie if he happened to notice what my old battery was when he tested it, and he said it was just a 2-year battery that had lasted that long. Even though he could've used the opportunity to take advantage of me and upsell a 3 year, he was honest and gave us the less-expensive 2 year battery! (Most parts stores wouldn't contain such integrity as I've learned from personal experience of having been taking advantage of in the past) Eddie was intelligent, smiling, helpful, and patient with me. He went above and beyond to get us back into a state of security and peace of mind with our car's health. He even sold me some battery terminal lubricant to protect against corrosion. I had already purchased a new set of felt washers in the trunk from a recent battery replacement for another vehicle we own, but he made sure I knew to use them to prolong the battery's lifespan! My wife and I were grateful to have found a man who wanted to take care of US first, then our car. And more importantly, someone who wasn't just out for the sell, but to help! Thanks a million Eddie!!!

I was vacationing in Pigeon Forge in June 2026 when I made a mistake on one of the narrow mountain…read moreroads and slipped off the edge of the pavement. A day later, my car started making a strange noise, and I immediately began to worry. My first instinct was to find a Firestone because it was familiar, but something told me to look for a local mechanic instead. That's how I found Rick's. Even though they were absolutely slammed that morning, the staff welcomed me as a walk-in. The lady at the front desk quickly found someone--who I believe was Rick himself--to take my car for a test drive. When he returned, he asked me to give him a few minutes to find an open lift. About twenty minutes later, they had diagnosed the problem, made a minor adjustment to the subframe, and had me safely back on the road. While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how the service advisors treated their customers, especially several elderly folks who came in. They were patient, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. That kind of customer service has become all too rare, and it created an atmosphere that immediately put people at ease. What impressed me most wasn't just that they fixed my car. It was that, despite being incredibly busy, they were willing to stop what they were doing to help a stranded traveler they had never met. That says a lot about the character of this business. I'm truly grateful for Rick's. If they were in my hometown, they'd have my business for life.
