My DWC Service Advisor got my car back to the service technician even before my appointment time (I scheduled it myself, online). My wait was very short. A little courtesy and basic kindness would go a long way, but unfortunately that was completely lacking here. This left a very negative first impression. When I did walk in- she had another female standing behind her with her hands in her pocket, almost in a bullying stance. try unpleasant group of people.
