I rent my tools here, I have them deliver product to this store so I can pick up later, overall I have had no bad experiences here, this is my neighborhood auto parts store and I will be frequenting here for the foreseeable future.

They usually have 2 or 3 people at the counter to assist customers. I always obtain the parts and other materials I need to complete my repairs. Adam told me that he was going to make sure to have them. I went to get them and then they told me they sold 1 of my parts to someone else. They just make me go back and forth wasting my time and I stop looking for the parts that I needed because they said they will have it. The employees there are not happy with their job at this location and they are loud about it. Probably this is the reason they are not trying to make customers their priority.
