The employee here taught me something interesting. I had gone to a closer Autozone after my car battery was supposedly checked at Firestone and it was showing wear after less than two years. Went to a closer Autozone who did not have the battery. Once here the lady checked and verified that #1 the battery I had was only good for a year but also #2 when Firestone did the check the used the wrong guage,, reading my battery at 525 when they were supposed to use 425 so that is why it was showing wrong. She checked my battery twice and assured me it was still fine and then showed me the slightly pricier but better for my car battery to get for the future. You learn something new all the time. Went to this Auto Zone cause the one near my house didn't have my replacement battery. Get there & Dennis was not only super courteous & professional, but turned a very frustrating day into a funny event. He replaced my battery, thank goodness it was under warranty, & kept the lols with me & my family coming. He was very effficient & knew what to do! My father asks for a tool and without words she pull a tool renter sheet and shoved it to us. My father asks where the tool is on the list and she has the worst attitude like she doesn't want to work. My check engine light came on while on my way to work so I stopped at Auto Zone on my way home as suggested by my coworkers. Austin L. used a gadget to determine the reason for the alert. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained to me in great detail how to make the repair myself and suggested resources that that were available that I could access. Austin went far above and beyond to help me in an effort to prevent me from spending a lot of money for a minor repair. I can not say enough good things about Austin. He is a valuable asset to the store and I appreciate his help very much. read more

My car needed a simple blade replacement 2 weeks ago. I got stranded on the highway because it was installed wrong and kept flipping over. Today was our second battery related visit to this location, and both times were just phenomenal. The first visit was for my husband's car. He had a battery from Auto Zone that was still under warranty. They tested it and determined that it did indeed need to be replaced, and replaced it at no charge with no question! We went today for the battery in my car, which had been replaced by the dealer last year. The Auto Zone rep tested it and said the battery was ok; he then noticed that the connectors for the alternator were extremely loose. He tightened those, tested everything again, and sent us on our way at no charge (and wouldn't even accept a tip!). We greatly appreciate their honesty and great service! read more

This is THE best auto supply store! We have a 98 Honda that is starting to need more maintenance as it ages, and I've had to visit this AutoZone several times. The employees are all so helpful, and I know I will always be treated with respect. Once when my headlight went out, I had to bring all three kids with me to the store. One guy chatted with the kids while the other helped me find the right bulb and then even replaced it for me! Another time, my husband took the battery to be replaced, and the employee he worked with was tremendously helpful and even gave us a couple of tips to help with our next battery. Before you spend big bucks at a mechanic, give this place a visit. They are very knowledgeable and will give it to you straight. Tremendous business! read more

I came here for a service check on my car where I got greet with a "what's up". I told the man I needed a check engine and he went out and basically had my boyfriend do it for him, while he was talking on his phone. When we went back inside to find out what the problem was with my car, he just announced the problem and walked away wth no further information or advice. I don't know the name of the staff member, for he never told me. I just know of his appearance. He had awful customer service and I will never return to this Auto Zone again. I will warn my friends of this store. read more

After going to their competitor down the street and dealing with very unhelpful people who told me they can't help me change a headlight because corporate "came down on them for that" i came here and got prompt help for one of the associates. I was interested on learning how to do this myself for the future so he explained how to take the head light out etc. i will be coming back here. read more

I went in here because I had just bought a Subaru and needed a few cleaning supplies. I was chatting with the cashier who helped me around the store on how my horn wasn't working and my tail lights were out. I had suspected that a fuse had been blown. He came out and checked out my fuse box inside the car and under the hood looking for the problem. There was no fuse for the tail lights, so he wrote that down. Then, we opened up the compartment where the fuse box is under the dash. The fuse had popped out, but still functioned just fine! We popped it back in and the horn worked again like new. He went inside to grab the fuse for the tail lights, but the system said they were out. He said that he was too stubborn to give up, and went in the back inside to check. He found one for a Subaru Impreza for a few years later. We plugged it in and and my lights lit up like a christmas tree. $10 later I had all the cleaning supplies I needed, plus my horn and my tail lights fixed. I couldn't be happier with this place. An associate named Phillip helped me out. He took out the dead battery in my car and replaced it with my newly bought battery. He was personable and helpful. Feb 2, 2016 in the morning it was raining. My new wipers purchased at a competitor came loose on 417 and flew off. I limped it to the Autozone where a truly wonderful young man helped me find wipers and even went out with me, in the rain, without me asking and in about 9 seconds had me safely on my way. He was kind and professional and I am deeply grateful. What a great experience. read more
