Yess yess yess, the food was really good. They are a little way away from my house but I'll def be back.

Hair in my Roast Pork Lo Mein combo

Ordered a roast pork lo mein combo and as i was eating, i found a hair in my food. After seeing that i couldn't eat it anymore and immediately felt nauseous. Reported them on uber eats and got a full refund. Stay away from this restaurant, super unsanitary!! Not to mention when i walked in and picked up my food, i saw one of the workers playing with the lo mein noodles in the back.

Most people like to start off January by working out and eating right. I think the theory is that if they have the resolve to set the proper tone early on, they will be able to better themselves in the year to come. Me? I know I'm garbage. So I don't delude myself into thinking this year will be any different. I figure that if I begin 2019 with a deliciously unhealthy, gluttonous combo of roast pork lo mein, General Tso's chicken, and scallion pancakes, there's nowhere to go but up. Autumn Asian is here for me in this regard. They do what my friends call "Dirty Chinese" food right. I appreciate that I didn't even need to tell them about my plan. They just reflexively gave me only like four sad pieces of broccoli that was cooked to death and soaked in sugary sauce. They even went the extra mile and gave me white rice even though I asked for brown. No nutrients allowed around here. I regret nothing. 2019 here I come.

Autumn Asian Restaurant I order from this restaurant last night .... I received my order ... I was so upset and dissatisfied with my food ... it was the worst restaurant I ever Order from ... the food is horrible I got burnt shimp watons, chicken wing was dry and shrimp low meng is very disgusting .... I would advised anyone to do not order from this restaurant.... I'm personally going to take it up to the DOH.....

Most intense fortune ever. But true.

The best spot for Chinese delivery in the area. The food is great, the portions are huge, and the delivery is consistently fast. My go-to order is the "four seasons" because it has a little bit of everything, but also because it reminds me of the four seasons in a row that the Buffalo Bills lost the superbowl, which makes me hate myself and want to order Chinese delivery.

I can't vouch for their meat selections, but Autumn Asian Restaurant knows how to do tofu! Often times with Chinese restaurants the tofu is either fried to a crisp or shriveled up and gummy, but here it's cooked just right and coated with just the right amount of sauce. If you're wondering what to order here, get the pineapple fried rice--you won't be disappointed. It has cashews and raisins in it which I haven't really seen before and it is just so flavorful.

The Mongolian beef was mostly vegetables. The cold sesame noodles were bland. The kung po shrimp was definitely the best from what we ordered. Got the sesame chicken which we asked for white meat and there were maybe 2 pieces that were actually white meat. The pan fried dumplings were fine.

    Happy family lol

Food was great and fresh. Would have liked to see more shrimp in the fried rice, but still ordered from them again the following day

Anyway, I was at this pretty long running Thai restaurant a while ago with two others for an early dinner. We sat outside as the weather was very nice and the inside was a bit too cold for one of the other people which was fine as they have a very nice outdoor space. As it was early, they still had happy hour and I ordered a Lychee Mojito which I think it was $8 or $9 instead of $12 or $14 or so. I don't mind at all that it was a tad boozy and there were a handful of lychees in there. This was nice. Speaking of nice, the best thing here were the appetizers. We had some type of fried dumpling to begin with though I'm honestly not sure which one as none of them really match the description and we definitely did not have the Andaman one as it contains pork and one of the other people doesn't eat it. Whatever it was, the dumpling was actually excellent being very well fried but not oily with a nice tasty center that had some basil or some other type of herb for an extra bonus. The dish had a slightly sour sweet sauce below which was fine of course. Whatever dish whatever it was, I would recommend it. There was also the pretty tasty Isan Papaya Salad (or rather Somtum for $13.95) consisting of green papaya, string bean, peanut, cherry tomatoes, and a cherry lime dressing. There was plenty of papaya for crunch and there was a bit of heat to it though less some than many other places. It tasted fresh overall with the lettuce absorbing a lot of the extra sauce. It is good but it's hard to order it here when it's literally a block away from one of the best papaya salads in the city at Zabb PuTawn's BK location. My main dish was pretty regrettably the Pad Kra Prow listed as your choice of meat stir fried with onion, garlic, bell pepper and basil in spicy basil sauce. I chose chicken (or in other words pad krapow gai) which was one of the cheap options at $18.95 and ordered it spicy and the dish arrived and tasted very differently than what I expected and not in a good way. Usually, chicken or whatever meat it is in this dish is chopped into small pieces to absorb the sauce and the dish has good kick to it making it one of my favorite Thai dishes as I like a lot of heat. The meat arrived instead in pieces which is fine as some other spots do this and as there was plenty of them but they were pretty tasteless and lacked texture with some of them being a bit gummy. There was also a brown sauce on the bottom which had a hint of holy basil but not really enough which didn't help the bad chicken. I don't mind Americanized Thai food as long as it tastes good but the main dish was atrocious and there's several places nearby which make versions which can run circles around it. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Outside of that awful dish, I tried the Chicken Pad Kee Mao/drunken noodles which was the same price which was definitely better which didn't really take much. There was plenty of meat again but the wok hei lacked with the noodles but at least it was decently spicy. The last person I believe got a fish which was fine. In a sea of Thai spots littered around Cobble Hill, this definitely falls under the "Could've Been Better" of the bunch though honestly if it wasn't for the dumplings, I might be giving this place a 1. Stick with the appetizers.

The afternoon tea time set was cute but I would go for their entree party set next time instead. Maison Sun is an intimate dining space where guests are seated around a stainless-steel counter with an open-kitchen concept. They offer a Vietnamese fusion tasting menu for $185. I appreciate the growing recognition of Vietnamese cuisine and its elevation into the fine dining space. Unfortunately, this meal didn't quite hit the mark for me. Many of the flavor combinations felt disjointed and often clashed rather than complemented one another. Shrimp Mochi: It was good. Duck Egg Custard with Caviar: Delicious! It was creamy and well-balanced. Bread with Sea Urchin Butter: The butter was unique and tasted amazing. I could probably eat a whole stick of it. Foie Gras Katsu with Passion Fruit Candy: The foie gras itself was great, but the passion fruit candy felt awkward and out of place. NZ Hiramasa with Wood Ear Mushrooms: The wood ear mushrooms overpowered the fish, which was unfortunate because the hiramasa itself was quite good. I loved the lemongrass sauce. The lemongrass flavor was very subtle. Dry-Aged Moulard Duck with Black Rice and Makrut Leaf Curry: This was the standout dish of the night. The duck was deeply flavorful, and the curry paired beautifully with it. Tiger Prawn Phở: Very mushroom-forward in flavor. It was decent, but not particularly memorable. Secret Flavour Ice Cream: Fish sauce ice cream sounds unusual, but it was unique and surprisingly good. Opal Basil and Chrysanthemum Tea Infusion Sorbet: Refreshing and light--a nice way to end the meal. There's clear creativity and intention behind the menu, but the dishes lacked the harmony needed to make the experience truly memorable.
