Despite countless other shops being much closer to me I will always make the 45+ minute drive down there, they are my go-to for any & all of my needs. The 2nd visit they said it would be about 1-2 weeks due to their current workload-completely reasonable. They also processed at least four people that started waiting after I arrived. The woman was constantly panting and is clearly distress, she should be employed elsewhere where she doesn't have to deal with the public. I went with a friend who was impressed by the level of care and service on the sale side, but horrified and will never buy from the store now because of the experience after.
