I did come in 15minutes before closing time but did not see it as much of an issue as I was the only one and I was planning on tipping well. As soon as I walked in I felt my presence being unwanted. Dalia was extremely rough with me I felt as if she was angry at me! Aside from her not being gentle she asked if I wanted aloe on the brows when the threading service was done, I kindly declined as I did not want to bother her any more than what my presence was already doing. She still put it on my brow but then realized I asked her not to and she aggressively cleaned it off with a tissue. While she was doing my brows another client walked in and she said under her breath in an annoyed angry tone "OH GAWDD" and sighed. I was honestly in shock of her unprofessionalism.
