Jose sent someone to install a 65" TV on a full-motion TV mount. I purchased the mount directly from Jose based on his recommendation. TV install appeared clean at first then after a few weeks I noticed TV sat crooked and not level. As often as I set it level, it doesn't stay level. TV is also not as flush against the wall due to the way wires were bundled behind the TV. I followed up with Jose but he was unresponsive. read more

We bought a new tv from a big box store. We explained our space, showed them a photo of our stone fireplace and they assured us it could be installed easily. The day of our appointment came, and they could NOT do it. They would not cut the stone and wanted us to call in an electrician first. This is one of those rare businesses that makes me wish I had a discretionary bonus star. They went way above and beyond, so that 5 stars doesn't seem sufficient. The work they did was very high quality and seemed to be reasonably priced. They stuck by the price quoted me on the phone. The customer service was second to none. Highlights: - I called on short notice, hoping to schedule a time for the week after Christmas (when I was off work). I knew it may be tricky, given that it was probably a busy time. He initially said they didn't have availability, but when I mentioned I was off work and it may take a couple of weeks otherwise to work him in, he made room for me. - He was running a few minutes late (not that I would complain, because I know he was cramming me in between appointments). However, he sent me texts letting me know in advance they were behind and updates of their ETA. - The spot I wanted the TV didn't work. He told me his concerns before touching the wall and made sure to test it out after I gave the ok for him to do a test patch into the wall. When his suspicions were confirmed with the test patch, he suggested an alternative location. - The alternative location involved hanging on brick, but he didn't charge extra for it (like he usually would), since it wasn't in his quote. - He patched up the spot from the original test wall. He gave me an option to send a painter out later to match my wall color (for free) or to do it when I moved out. I told him we'd just do it when I moved out, since I'd just cover it up with a picture anyway. When I came back I realized he'd hung the picture without me asking him to do that. - Also without asking, he set up my cable remote control to turn the TV off and on. I was thrilled with the work he did and I'd hire him again without hesitation. - read more

I called TV Mounting Solutions on a referral from a friend who had used them to install some outdoor media. I just moved in to a new house and I called on Tuesday and the initial appointment was made on Saturday. He called on Wednesday and said they had an opening on Thursday mid day and they could do it then. They arrived on time, mounted a 50 inch TV above a high fireplace and hooked up all the equipment. They also connected a Bose surroundsound system and all my components to a TV in the living room. They did a great job and the price was not bad either.
