Unfortunately, after only a few uses for work, the faux leather started peeling. I really liked them and wanted to save them, especially since I had just bought them, but the owner was incredibly honest and told me it wasn't worth repairing. Armando was so, so sweet, helpful, and clearly very experienced! The turnaround time was also incredibly fast. I believe he said he could have them ready in one day (no extra fee), which is almost unheard of for designer shoes. The place I used to go to would take at least a week and wasn't nearly as friendly or welcoming. I've only brought my Chanel flats here so far, but I'll definitely be bringing my Louboutins in the future. He even showed me examples of Louboutins he had worked on, and they looked amazing!
