I took a pair of vintage Tony Lama boots to get the heel repaired on one of the boots. I ended up getting new heels on both of the boots since they needed to match. I received great customer service. I needed them in a short time and I like that she was honest and told me that it would be the same day that I needed them and at a time that worked out perfectly. When I went to pick them up, they looked brand new. They were clean and shiny. (I do understand that this is the service that was supposed to be given) But I truly believe that they went beyond. Great quality work. The heels were the height that I had requested. This was my first time here, but I definitely recommend it. The store was clean and smelled absolutely amazing. Her and I came up with how to fix my Mommas sandals to where she can use them without them slipping off due to the worn Velcro. I was looking for places that resole boots and found this one to be closer to me with good reviews. Customer service was fast and efficient. Two week turnaround wasn't too bad. When I got them back they were cleaned and resoled with vibram soles. It's been about a month and they've held up great. Definitely recommend this place if you need boots resoled. read more

I brought two pairs of Dior slides for a sole repair, on the gray pair I got a full sole cover, cleaning and the toe patched up where it was peeling, and on the all black pair just a 1/2 sole cover. It took about 3 weeks but they did a pretty good job on both pairs the bottoms look almost new again. However I do think the toe could've been patched up a bit neater and there is some glue smeared next to the heel. But the prices were reasonable and the work seems to be good quality. Over all I would recommend, the staff was nice and they got the job done, my slides look a whole lot better than they did before!! read more

Located in a bit of an industrial plaza, but easy to find and places to park. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I brought 2 pairs of shoes with the lining shredded. They were able to add a new lining, which look and feel great. It took a week to complete, but I wasn't in a hurry. Been meaning to write a review as a heads up to others. Took some old 2016 pair of basketball shoes that had a zoom bubble (Kd 7) they were brand new with just typical glue separation. When I took them in they said they would be able to do it. And got them back absolutely cooked. The bubble expanded when I asked they said no heat was put on them. The glue job was also very messy. So paid like 60 just for them to become even more unwearable. read more
