At one point, I mentioned to them that if my brother or son was standing by me, they wouldn't have done what they did. And that's when the husband finally said he would come and do whatever I needed to get done, but he nvr showed up to do that. We had been back and forth texting the ins and out about what was incomplete. Basically, I came by or called as a teacher single.lady by myself, and I felt they took advantage of me. I, at one point, once I got to the business, did not feel good about the husband, but since I was there to get the job done , didn't know how to turn around and say , " no, " so let them proceed with it. The pictures below will speak for itself. I did not cheat, steal, or lie about anything concerning this matter. I jus want ppl to know, if you think these ppl are all good and honest, think again. They may do their job well and all ,but apparently, what happened to me shows there are not genuinely " good" people. My next step is to report them to the BBB. THEY charged me $259.00 There was extra for the hot water extraction use for a bad seat..it did the job! But what happened to the rest of the work? All I wanted was for them to fix it. Martha came over the next day with leather samples from which I chose a dark brown which the chairs originally had. Martha told me it would take about two weeks as they had to order in the leather for the two chairs. No problem as she only took one chair at a time. Two weeks later the first chair was delivered.
