TOTAL $230 I took my daughter there for a consult for a gentle chemical peel for acne and oily skin. The esthetician (NOT Dr. Jenn) with 20 years experience gave her a gentle peel with no salicylic acid which is necessary, it did nothing; it was basically a moisturizer and I wasted about $110. In addition I was sold a $98 acne product that expired 15 months ago. They did refund with no issue and apologies. There was pressure to buy their line of products. I will get her another peel but I will not go here. 2. TOTAL $2300 I was on the wait list for a surgical procedure which they did also support and recommend for me. In the meantime, while waiting to surgically get rid of my puffy under eye I decided to try a dermal filler. I REALLY wanted something to help me out. They did not do my eyes because of the pending surgery but other areas of my face to help smooth it out - the results were minimal, the Total cost was $2300. I ended up getting the under-eye surgery and they dissolved all the filler anyway so the money was a complete waste anyway. Dissolved! I didn't know enough about all of this stuff but I certainly have learnt my lesson! Sharing if you are in the same position. Dr Jenn, did follow me through the journey of getting the surgery and I appreciate that but it doesn't get me the money back which was a small vacation's worth! 3. I paid almost $1,600 for Dermamelan treatment on my back, chest, and stomach. I had no allergic reaction during the in‑clinic portion and confirmed my at‑home instructions carefully. A week later, my skin became painful, raw, and the top layer was visibly peeling. I sent photos to the clinic and was told this was "normal" and to continue my post care. It wasn't. My skin barrier was broken, and following their advice meant applying an acid product to open wounds. Within two days, I developed severe chemical burns across my back, chest, and neck. My skin is now scarred and significantly worse than before I ever contacted Bellair. It didn't end there. My in‑person assessment with Dr. Pugen was switched to virtual while I was already on my way, making it useless. As I cried through the appointment, he suggested laser treatment even though both my dermatologist and Bellair's own coordinator said it would be high‑risk for my skin type. Two follow‑up calls were scheduled; nobody called me either time and I had to call the clinic to make the appointments happen. The clinic also took very personal "before" photos of my bare chest and back, then later claimed they COULDN'T FIND THEM and they were never uploaded due to "wifi issues." They use iPads with internal storage, so this makes no sense. The violation of patient privacy is truly baffling. When I requested a refund from the director, Oscar Amar, he dragged it out for 19 days, insisted they "did nothing wrong," and eventually offered a partial refund of no specified amount. The pigment was removed by the laser maybe due to high temperature. I think the sun spots blended in more with my skin. A dermatologist said I have hypopigmentation and it may or may not go away. Time will tell. It's been 6 months and they are still there. If I get a tan on my face, the hypopigmentation does not tan.Hoping it will go away with time.

I've had a couple of facials, as well as the microdermabrasion treatments, and my skin was positively glowing after each session. I've suffered from rosacea for the past couple of years, with extreme redness, as well as blotchy and bumpy texture on one side of my face (cheek) and forehead. I've tried so many different treatments at other spas/salons, but nothing has compared to the results I've received at Redwood. In fact, after my last session, my skin looked so good that I thought the technician had applied foundation to my skin. I left there without makeup (for the first time in YEARS) and I even went grocery shopping with no makeup on. Trust me, this was a BIG deal to me.
