I called multiple times, left voice-mails and sent emails, both through gmail and through their website(some which got bounced back to me). I also sent a Facebook email and have not received my drum. Not to mention, the transaction went through on my credit card! I now have to hope my credit card company will drop the charge since I didn't receive the product. I ordered the exact product off Mid-east.com on Monday and received my product today, Friday. Would I have been mad if they called and said, "hey their is an issue", a little, but I would understand. I could then see when I would get the product and could plan appropriately so I can guarantee I would get what I want for X-mas. To charge my card, not send the product, and not respond to anything is poor costumer service. Especially when I need this product for Christmas which is less then a week away!
