I came here on a Sunday morning because I had sprained my ankle the night before playing basketball. They opened at 10 AM and were accommodating with a wheelchair. There was a lady in the front that had an attitude and was not positive which affected the experience however, Jose really went above and beyond. He helped push my wheelchair and even brought in a boot and called other clinics to see if they would be able to take my insurance. Unfortunately they do not have imaging at this urgent care so if anyone has laceration issues, do not come here. I felt really cared by Jose and he went above and beyond for the service. I've been here before and it's usually pretty quick, but I walked in today for my son and I was told it's gonna be over a 30 minute wait even though I was the only person there, so I tried to sign in to book an appointment on their iPad system, and it was not allowing me to book my son an appointment, but the front desk person left and didn't come back. I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk for someone and my son's condition was getting worse so I went to another location. Don't recommend I've tried getting a doctors note from them and they told me no and they told someone else yes, I don't understand. Don't waste your time. read more

My wife took an over-the-counter UTI test, which came back positive. Over the next three days, she experienced excruciating migraines, persistent lower back and side pain, severe nausea, and a fever. She couldn't keep any food down and was clearly in serious distress. When we visited this urgent care, the provider (PA Letty) entered the room without introducing herself. She immediately began pressing on my wife's abdomen and then hit her back--without any warning or explanation. She spoke in medical jargon, and when we asked for clarification, she became visibly irritated. Despite the severity of my wife's symptoms, the PA did not recommend going to the emergency room and simply prescribed antibiotics. After two days on the antibiotics, my wife's condition worsened significantly. She had to be rushed to the ER, where she was found to be nearly septic with a severely inflamed kidney. This experience was terrifying and could have ended much worse. I strongly advise others to avoid this urgent care. The lack of communication, compassion, and basic medical diligence is unacceptable. read more

Don't come here, when presented with my options I asked the doctor for her opinion, she sighed and said, "idk" which is the most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced in a health care setting. Don't get me wrong, the doctor that helped us, he was phenomenal. Very helpful, very personable. The reason for the low rating is because of the staff in charge of calling in the prescription. After leaving the urgent care, they did not call in the prescription, called them so they can send it to the pharmacy and I can pick it up the next day. They never did. Called them this morning and it took them over 30 min for them to call in the prescription. read more

I've come to OC Urgent Care three times and they've refused me medical treatment all three times even though I have health insurance. They come at me with a different excuse every time. You ask why don't I get in the car and go elsewhere? Well, I'm homeless and don't have a car. This urgent care is only two blocks from where I stay so going elsewhere is not an option right now. The staff have no heart or soul and are rude and unprofessional. They more than border on evil. I'm physically and mentally disabled as well as homeless and I have a strong feeling that I'm being discriminated against. Don't go there! They are clueless! Sent me to ER cause they did t have the equipment or the professionalism to diagnose! They give referrals on copy paper- they copies 100 xs over ! Dr has no bedside manners.. told me lab orders will be given to me at front desk.. instead she used the young interns up front to tell me to go to ER! Will be reporting this location! Told them that and Dr says, yes please go file a report! lol -guess she's used to it! I arrived and they had no notes at all about my previous days visit. The receptionist was extremely rude. Walked in 40 minutes before close. The nursing assistant/receptionist wanted me to leave cuz of the time and was pissed the entire time he checked me in. I walked in a few months ago because I woke up with a painful uti. Front office staff were pleasant. No wait, was seen by the PA and walked out knowing I'd have some relief after I got an antibiotic. Few months later, my husband was experiencing cold symptoms for a week. His COVID test were negative and he started experiencing shortness of breath and lightheaded along with his cough. I recommended he be seen here after I had a good experience. He walked in and was seen very quickly. The nurse and PA we're great and treated him with a steroid shot and a breathing treatment. Also prescribed him a steroid pack and antibiotics and gave him an order to get a chest X-ray done just to rule out pneumonia even though he was treated today for bronchitis. Over all, the front office staff, nurses and PA's have been great for my family so far. This is our go to on the weekends when we can't make it in to our primary doctors. Sunday afternoon many other urgent cares are closed except for this one and I was so lucky it was open. The staff was exceptional . Their quality of concern and care I could not believe and made me feel like family . They took their own time to understand my situation and help me register because I was a new patient. I was fortunate it was not very busy . They told me well in advance but would be done in the late the time and specifics of my care. When leaving and feeling much better they assured me I'm on the road to recovery . Bridget was extremely rude. Put me on hold for a "brief" moment and it ended up being 15 minutes. At that point I had already arrived to the clinic. All I wanted to ask was what their current wait time was. It couldve taken easily 2 seconds to tell me. Once I arrived at the clinic she didnt bother with greeting. Once she got off the phone, and I asked what it was she simply said there was 3 before me. She didnt bother to actually give me a time estimate until I asked for it. Then after telling me 30-45 minutes with an attitude she asked me that if I wanted to be seen to fill out a form even after I had asked if she could help me find out what the Tustin locations waitime currently was. Every other MA at this location has never had a problem calling and asking for me, but her? Not willing to help out at all or actually try. I eventually walked out. Terrible patient service. I came to the Tustin location after calling them personally and they answered within seconds and told me there was no wait. How easy could it have been to tell me the long wait time at 4th street instead of having me on hold for 15 minutes straight and me ending up getting there in person before being helped? This Urgent Care is one of the fastest I've ever been to. Melissa and Hailey helped me at the front counter. They were super helpful and genuinely kind. They helped me find a pharmacy near me who took my insurance. I was seen by Dr. Wu and he was patient with me and made sure all my questions were answered. He was also very friendly. This place is a joke. I got a dog bite and I went to the urgent care. I needed to get antibiotics and immediate treatment. The medical assistants in the front desk stated that if I do not report the dog they will not treat me. They denied me treatment because I could not provide the information of the dog. I DID NOT HAVE THAT INFORMATION. This place would rather harm the patient than provide patient care. I understand that they may be legally obligated to report a dog bite, but if a patient does not have that information where in the law does it say to harm the patient? Isn't there an oath that the providers practicing at this urgent care took? What about the owners of the urgent care? Did they not take an oath to not cause harm? They caused harm by denying me urgent treatment. Infections can progress quickly and lead to serious consequences if not treated as soon as possible, but I guess this urgent care doesn't really practice medicine? This urgent care is the best I've visited in the area by far! NO wait, they were super friendly and professional and they made it such an easy process. The doctor who saw me (I forgot her name, forgive me) was very young and sweet, and figured out what was up with me right away! No lollygagging, no making me wait, I was in and out with the proper diagnosis and prescription for strep throat sent to my pharmacy in under 45 minutes! I took two of my kids in for sports physicals. They were very friendly, caring, and efficient.

It was the closest urgent care I found that could take me in right away and get me some blood work. They were really nice and made me feel fully comfortable. The wait to get in was not too long, and they were very accommodating with all my needs. The reasoning for 4 out of 5 stars was because of two reasons. The first reason was, they basically broke down it would take 3-5 days for my results. I never heard back until I called them back to see what were my results. The second reason, I struggle with anxiety and the doctors all talk at very fast pace, however when I asked the had no problem repeating themselves or going over something I didn't know. Other than that the place was clean. Staff was nice. I will return here if I ever need another urgent care! read more
