Any of the times I've been into AVA piercing company have been really good experiences. I went in the first time to have Trinity pierce my other daith, which healed beautifully. Long story: Ava Piercing Company is as professional as they come, creating a personalized and boutique, but still accessible, experience to getting pierced. This is a dedicated piercing shop that I have gone back to for 9 (and counting) piercings. Faux rook, flat, helix, conch, lobe, daith and nipples. Everything is extremely clean, quick and painless. Her prices are competitive and reasonable at the basic level and understandably increase if you select real gold/high end jewelry. I know it can get pretty expensive, but I have always been transparent with my budget coming in. Trinity never makes me feel "less than" if I need to stay within the budget I prescribe, it actually allows her to only show me things that won't break my budget! She goes over aftercare extensively to give my piercings the best possible chance at healing. Amaze balls! So I had a minor emergency. So back in August, I decided to get a mid Helix piercing done by my friend who used to pierce in a tattoo shop. Everything was going fine, until it wasn't.... the earring started to embed in my ear and the hole was getting bigger and not healing properly. That's where Trinity comes in! She assessed my ear and showed me the problem with my current piercing like placement and earring stud type. She took my old stud earring out, and showed how in a "butterfly" styled backing, it gets backed up with bacteria and crusted junk and doesn't allow room for the piercing to "breathe" during the healing process. She then, put in the new simple bar stud I picked out and put in a longer post with flat back, so my piercing could breathe, be easier to clean, and accommodate for swelling as it's very sensitive still. I am coming back in 2-3 weeks after my swelling goes down to get the post shortened a bit and go from there, until it's healed enough for a hoop! She also explained and showed me how to use this saline spray solution to clean my piercing so it'll heal properly! Thank you so much for squeezing me in! Major emergency averted! read more

Trinity is amazing! This was my first professional piercing since infancy and, despite have just over a dozen tattoos, I was a little nervous. The studio also carries a nice selection of jewelry, however, I would like to see it further expanded. However, I'm too indecisive for that and would prefer to see pieces in person before purchasing. Trinity is very professional and knowledgable about her craft. My cousin and I came in for our first helix piercings. We were both a bit nervous, but Trinity made the appointment smooth, relaxing and relatively painless. There were plenty of choices for studs, and Trinity assured us that all of them were the safest options for the piercing. She gave clear instructions on how to clean the piercing, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they do not overprice the spray solution you can buy in-store afterwards. Trinity made sure that we were comfortable and explained everything as she went along. Throughout the appointment, she paused to ask if we had questions, and she answered them very thoroughly. Trinity made sure that the piercing would turn out just how we wanted it and made sure it was in the right place on our ears. Something that I did not know is that they will want to schedule a follow up appointment in about a month to make sure that the piercing is healing well & to switch out the backing of the stud. For the additional $10, its definitely worth it to have it checked out, and it's assuring to know that they care about how their services turned out. The facility is very nice and clean. I have entertained the idea of getting my septum pierced on and off for the last couple of years but wasn't really feeling any of the piercing shops in town. I sometimes browse tiktok on my sister's account and we (LOL!) both follow a piercer based on the east coast. She always encourages folks to check out safepiercings.org to find reputable and safe piercers near you. Once I checked for places close to me, Temecula was one of 3 locations with piercers that are APP certified. Trinity is one! I looked up her IG, the company's Yelp page and just went to work. I finally decided this was something I wanted to do and I messaged Trinity on IG with some questions. She replied the same day and we chatted for a little. I do not believe they are providing any oral piercing services but they are for the nose area. You have to be vaccinated and provide proof plus wear a mask during your appointment. SAY LESS! To say that I had cold feet would be an understatement. I mean, I contemplated canceling my appointment up until the very last hour I could to make changes. Would it look ok? Would I be happy with it? Would it hurt? I mean all the questions ran thru my head. Everyone's pain tolerance is different and I mean different! My sister's form of self-care is getting new piercings and tattoos. When I get my blood drawn, my arm is also close to falling off. All that being said, do not go off of other people's experiences. Anyway, this piercing hurt more than when I got my nose pierced. I was told by multiple people that it was easy and didn't hurt. Not for me. Me and my feelings WERE HURT! On to the appointment. I finally met with Trinity and we went over everything. I meant we touched on all aspects of this appointment from start to finish. She first started by finding my "sweet spot" in my nose. We picked out the jewelry and chose a hoop with a ball (I do not know what it is called). Before she started the service she went over what is going to happen. How to care for and clean it. All of the to-do's, what not to do, and what to expect. She wants to make sure that you really and truly understand everything before you leave her place and I super appreciate that. She is VERY VERY sterile and clean. From glove wearing, sterilizing, disinfecting, etc. She has it all covered. You do not have to worry about that one bit. She is also VERY reassuring and patient, esp if you have questions. The healing process for me has been a breeze.
