My daughter and I tried this place out today and had a great experience. We were walk ins and were tended to right away! Left happy with our pedis, her gel nails and my full set. They got busy shortly after we got there so I'd suggest an appointment but if you need to walk in then you should be alright. read more

I got a pedicure she basically cut my toenails to the bone. I told her she hurt me multiple times but did not care. the owner is very unprofessional did nothing to resolve the problem. I will never be back! would NOT recommend! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. this was the WORST and most painful nail experience of my life. I paid $50 to get my cuticles completely obliterated, a rush job, and bumpy nails. I've been coming here awhile and the owner and his wife are great but whoever did my nails did a terrible job. I came back in to get them "fixed" where they were completely bumpy and my fingers were bleeding, and super red and HURT. I was then told it was just where "they cut the cuticle" yeah no crap, if my fingers get infected you guys will be getting my medical bill!! Safe to say I'll never be coming back here and highly do not recommend. read more

I really wanted this to be the nail salon that I would return to again, and again. I was spoken to on entering the salon, and told them I wanted a pedicure. I sat for maybe 5 minutes and they put me in a chair with hot water ( thinking I didn't have long to wait ) and got comfortable It was 30 minutes later before anyone came to do my pedicure. I would have like to have known, because I didn't have all afternoon to spend there. They didn't seem very busy when I walked in, but they obviously didn't have enough help. The lady that did the pedicure was a little rough.. I want a relaxing experience when I have a pedicure or manicure. Did I mention that I had to listen to Whiney country music while I waited. Wish I could be more upbeat and excited about this place, but no smiles, friendliness or personality. It was clean, though. No future trip there for me! read more

Definitely recommend you visit and see if you like them! Horrible! Everything was dirty....the salon, the equipment used the man who did my nails. He had long dirty nails that kept digging into my fingers. I had never seen anyone do acrylic nails like this...didn't cut my nails back and they were coming loose. Beware! read more

Very sweet people. An older lady, who sits to the very right to the bathrooms, did my nails today. She was so kind and sweet. So was the lady who did my pedicure. They both did a great job. Someone spilled the coffee all between the chairs and the owner was so sweet and cleaned it up. It was a very good experience and I will be back. read more

I went in for a pedi and a mani, I decided to go with a French manicure for both. My pedicure and toes absolutely amazing. However, my manicure .. my French tips look terrible. I could have done what is on my nails. I tried to guide the lady to thin them out.. also told her that there were squiggly lines in the polish and she just hurried out the top coat on and put my hand under the light. At that point I felt like any other direction was pointless. I left very unhappy. No one asked me if I liked my nails, nothing. I left visibly unhappy however I did not say anything more because I did not have the time for them to redo them, I had somewhere I had to be. The first time I came here a couple months ago I had a great experience and that's why I came back, but now I am very upset with the ways my nails look. You can see where the French tip is not even squiggly lines nail polish on my hands. Very disappointed. read more

Went Friday for a dip powder refill. Im a regular there and got treated horribly by the staff. The tech that usually does my nails was not it as she is the owner. They had 3 workers and I was sat to have fouls placed and remove existing acrylic. The older woman put big yellow cleaning gloves to remove the acrylic!! I was so mad and felt like they were treating me poorly! They don't even use those to do pedicures. At this point I'm furious. I was waiting 1 hour in chair to have the woman say she couldn't do dip. I was so upset and decided to wait no longer. I decided I'd take my service elsewhere. They lost a good customer for them being rude and not wanting to do my nails. I go every 2/3 weeks to get my nails!!! Never again will I be a customer and treated this way!! I drove to gulf breeze and got customer service in 10 minutes. Spent money on dip nails and jelly pedicure and was out in no time!!!! No one deserves to be treated how they did me! Never will I spend my money there again!!!!!
