I used to visit Jami's nails every 2 weeks. The vibe has changed. They really shuffle you through. It's not very clean and they leave the doors open a lot which causes flies inside. I made an appointment for a gel manicure. I kid you not I was there not even 15 minutes start to finish. I told her I didn't like the color and asked if I could change it. She ignored me and kept on. The water that she soaked my hands in was cold. When it came time for the lotion and message she put a pump on one finger and dapped it on the top of my hands then played a towel over it. They are polite and cordial. Everyone is very nice and talented. They have lots of different types of colors and types of polish and spa treatments. It was nice to be able to schedule an appt online but i wasn't too pleased with my experience. Me and my little girl went to have mani/pedis and the lady did not listen to what my daughter wanted and rushed her services. She was done with hands and feet before my pedicure was done. The guy during my manicure clipped above my cuticle and made me bleed. It still hurts. I just thought they lacked in customer service. Great Customer Service ! The staff was super friendly they have a lot of products to choose from. I love SNS and they seem to be the only Nail salon locally who does it ! They also have OPI powders which is what I got this time. If you do powder like I do I love the fact that they place the matching nail polish next to the Powder !! Which makes it 10X easier when you doing a mani and pedi ! The small details mean so much If you are using GPS it will take to on the opposite side of the street so just look out for the sign. I went to Jami's for the first time after decent reviews, and I was pretty disappointed. First, I made an appointment online almost a week in advance and I still waited 20 minutes to be seen (it wasn't even busy). I just wanted a simple file of my nails to shape, and white polish. I am from California originally, and usually nail techs will clean the edges with acetone and a brush to get a finer finish. Well as you can see, the paint was not cleaned up. There was also clumps on some of the sides and the tech tried to file them down but ended up taking pieces of my actual nail. Although my nail tech was very sweet, I felt like he wasn't following what I really wanted. I tried to be very specific (gel l white mani is pretty straight forward), but he couldn't understand (it seemed to be a language barrier). I'm pretty disappointed as these are my nails for a special event. They ended up looking worse than what I came in with. I will not be going back here as the quality and customer service is not reflective of the prices. read more

The reviews of this place are amazing so I tried it out while visiting family in town. I received a gel pedicure and manicure. I am so disappointed to say that the gel on one of my toe nails just came off after only four days. The gel is also already peeling off of my nails. It was an older gentleman who did my nails. I am assuming he is new since a younger male watched him paint my toes and gave him feedback as he was doing my pedicure. I understand that new people need to learn, but if the service isn't going to be good then lower the price for training new employees. read more

I stopped by Jami's Nails & Spa today as a walk in. I was greeted as soon as I got inside. I picked out my polish and was immediately seated. The gentleman (Lee) did an amazing job! I had the Tropical Citrus Volcano pedicure. It smelled fantastic! He spent about an hour working on my nails, legs and feet. He used various scrubs, lotions, hot towels and hot stones! The leg massage was awesome! If you are looking for a "High End" pedicure, this is the place! It was beautifully decorated and very quiet compared to some places I have been. I used to go to Wind Creek Spa in Atmore, but this place has greatly surpassed them in terms of friendliness, service, quality and price! This is my new favorite place!
