This place is amazing. I've been seeing Chelsea Mills for about 2 months now and she is seriously…read morethe best PT I have found in Eugene. I had a challenging back injury (herniated discs and severe nerve tension) and had jumped from PT to PT over the course of 5 months, with no relief and no advancement in my healing process. Chelsea has made me feel confident, strong, and I've healed so much faster than I had been. Not only am I walking again, I'm lifting weights, working out on the elliptical and hopefully soon will be conquering hiking and hills. Obviously, you get as much out of PT as you put into it, but without Chelsea's expert guidance I would not be where I am today. In addition, Endurance PT came highly recommended to me by my gynecologist...and I'm not sure there are any other doctors who know the female body better than your gyno.

Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward. I was then charged for a no show because I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident that required me to reroute. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.

Best thing is that this facility's staff has excellent understanding, skills and therapy techniques to address the situation, plus educate the patient on how to overcome and manage the condition! do not recommend Limitless Therapy LLC based on my family's experience…read more My daughter started receiving speech and occupational therapy a few months ago, and from the beginning, her services have been inconsistent. Her first occupational therapist only completed two or three sessions before texting me to say she would no longer be providing OT. As a result, my daughter went approximately six to eight weeks without occupational therapy while I repeatedly contacted the company asking when a replacement therapist would be assigned. Eventually, they assigned a new OT therapist, but unfortunately, the inconsistency continued. I regularly received text messages saying sessions had to be canceled because the therapist was sick or unavailable. Consistent therapy is essential for a child's progress, especially for children with developmental needs, and these repeated cancellations have been very frustrating. Speech therapy was no better. My daughter's speech therapist was also inconsistent from the start. At one point, she took a two-week vacation with little notice, resulting in another interruption in my daughter's services. More recently, sessions were canceled because my daughter arrived 10-15 minutes late to her ABA center, even though there had never been a discussion about adjusting the therapy schedule to better accommodate her arrival time. After months of therapy, I have not seen meaningful progress in my daughter's speech or occupational therapy goals. When I asked what she was working on, I was told activities mainly involved playing with balls, and I was never provided with a clear treatment plan or measurable progress. As a parent, I expect reliable communication, consistent attendance, and quality therapy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Limitless Therapy LLC. I hope the company improves its scheduling, communication, and consistency because children deserve dependable services. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this provider.

I have been going to PT, and massage through this clinic on, and off for probably almost a decade…read more I started when the clinic was at another location. I can tell you the quality of care you get from everyone you see is genuine, caring, and nothing short of amazing. They have helped get me healed through many car accident injuries, and also through some pain when I had fallen, and broke my tailbone a few years back. Right now I am receiving care from totaling my car into a deer back in June. I am still sore, and the therapists, and massages have really helped get me through. They also offer Pilates, and I think other therapies. I was supposed to do Pilates to help heal my injuries, but I ended up with Covid the end of August, and my schedule didn't mesh with who ever was supposed to do it. So bummer on that. Although years ago I have done some Pilate work through here, and I found it very helpful. They have great equipment for PT. The staff is very friendly, and they do their best to work with your schedule to get you in right away. The PT, and massage is also usually the same day. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for PT. You will get quality care. I have been to other places, and don't feel like I got what I needed from them.

Physical therapy generally seems to fall into two camps when treating chronic pain: solving the…read morepresenting pain, or addressing the underlying movement patterns. From what I can tell (I've had 5 appointments), Staszak PT is focusing on addressing faulty movement patterns which will resolve the presenting issue. I came in with chronic neck and upper back pain, as well as some ankle stiffness. They've been teaching me how to strengthen my TVA and glutes, work on ankle mobility, stabilize an old shoulder injury, and addressing things I've always assumed were just how I was made (I've got one foot that flairs out a little instead of pointing straight forward, and I'm slightly bowlegged). I've been diligent with my exercises, and I'm gradually feeling more stable and also feeling my muscles relax as they don't need to compensate for my poor movement patterns. That's leaving me feeling stronger and in less pain. I've worked with a handful of the staff (Mike and Mary, Emily, Audrey, Tina, Lori, and Shane) and they've all been great. They take detailed notes with each visit, so even when I'm handed off between team members, each person has been versed with my specific situation.
