She asked many questions to ensure we were on the same page. I felt incredibly calm and relaxed after my first session, so continued to see her for months on a regular basis. I was being treated for infertility, which was not a doctor diagnosis but it was taking some time to get pregnant, so I figured I'd try acupuncture since it's non-invasive. Karen also gave me Chinese herbs (pills) to help regulate my Qi. After a few months I got pregnant and stopped seeing Karen (due to other doctor expenses and out of precaution during pregnancy). The office is in a medical center, so does not have the feeling of a spa, however I liked the professional setting. She makes sure you are very comfortable and leaves the room mostly dark so you can relax during your session. I sent him here and he called me after his appointment so grateful. He said it was well worth the drive through an hour of traffic to go here. Had he not went he wouldn't have found such relief. The doctor felt his neck and found two of his cervical disks misaligned and popped them back into place and basically told him he's fixed and never to come back. I've never heard of a doctor saying we don't want to see you again! My husband has already recommended this place to his family and I can say he's back to being my husband again and no longer moody and grumpy.
